Հնուց ասում են, որ քնած մարդը չպետք է հայելու մեջ արտացոլվի: Ահա պատճառը...

Իրականում այս հավատալիքի առաջացման պատճառները շատ են: Նախ՝ համարվում է, որ աստրալ հոգին, որը քնած ժամանակ դուրս է գալիս մարդկանց մարմնից, կարող է քաշվել հայելու մեջ, որտեղից դուրս գալ, թերևս, հնարավոր չէ: Երկրորդ՝ կարծիք կա, որ հայելին «ներծծում է» մարդու ներուժը և դրական էներգիան, ինչը բացասաբար է ազդում մարդու առողջության և ինքնազգացողության վրա: Ասում են՝ այդպիսի մարդիկ հաճախ տանջվում են անքնությունից, իրենց վատ են զգում նույնիսկ երկարատև քնից հետո, դառնում են նյարդային, դյուրագրգիռ:

Այս պատճառներով խորհուրդ է տրվում հայելիները հանել ննջասենյակից կամ կախել դրանք, որպեսզի քնած ժամանակ մարդը կարողանա լիարժեք հանգստանալ, վերականգնել ուժերը և թուլանալ:

Բացի դրանից՝ գիշերն այնքան էլ հաճելի չի լինում սեփական արտացոլանքը հայելու մեջ տեսնելը. լուսաստվերները տհաճ խաղեր են խաղում՝ վախեցնելով:
