SOCIETYShamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ մայիսի 3-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում: Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները կանգնեցրել են մի քաղաքացու ավտոմեքենան, վարորդին ենթարկել սթափության փորձաքննության: Պարզվել է, որ նա ավտոմեքենան վարել է ոչ սթափ (խմած) վիճակում:
Աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք, որից հետո ուժային կառույցի մի ներկայացուցիչ ժամանել է ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին, անարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ, նրանց հասցեին հնչեցրել է հայհոյանքներ: Նա հայտարարել, որ վարորդի ընկերն է և պետք է անհապաղ վերադարձնեն ավտոմեքենան, իսկ խմածության ակտը չեղարկվի:
Այդ քաղաքացին չի ենթարկվել ոստիկանության բաժնի ծառայողների օրինական պահանջին, որ պետք չէ հասարակական կարգը խախտել, որից հետո ժամանած ճանապարհային ոստիկանները նկատել են, որ նա նույնպես ավտոմեքենայով է, նրանից պահանջել են վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ու խնդրել են, որպեսզի նա նույնպես ենթարկվի սթափության փորձաքննության, վերջինս հրաժարվել է:
