Հայաստանը և Լատվիան սերտացնում են համագործակցությունը մշակույթի ասպարեզում

Հայաստանը և Լատվիան այսուհետև ավելի սերտ կհամագործակցեն մշակույթի ասպարեզում: Նոյեմբերի 18-ին ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունում ստորագրվեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարարության և Լատվիական Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարարության միջև 2015-2018 թթ. համագործակցության մասին» ծրագիրը:
Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրեցին ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Լատվիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էլիտա Գավելեն:
«Պայմանագրով նախատեսված է համագործակցություն մշակույթի մի շարք ոլորտներում` թատրոն, կինո, գրահրատարակչություն, առանձնակի ուշադրություն է դարձվելու պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման խնդիրներին: Լատվիայի հետ ամենաակտիվ համագործակցությունը գրականության ասպարեզում է. գրքերի մի շարք թարգմանություններ են արվել»,-նշեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը:
Նախարարը շեշտեց, որ Լատվիայի դեսպանի հետ արդեն խոսել են մի շարք ծրագրերի մասին: «Հուսով եմ, որ 2016-ին կիրականացնենք, և նոր մակարդակի կբարձրացնենք հարաբերությունները երկու երկրների միջև, ինչպես նաև ավելի լայնածավալ և խոշոր ծրագրերով հանդես կգանք»,-ընդգծեց Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը` անձնական վերաբերմունքի համար շնորհակալություն հայտնելով դեսպանին:
Լատվիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էլիտա Գավելեն կարևորեց համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը:
«Այսօր մեր անկախության օրն է, խորհրդանշական քայլ է մեր կողմից: Կարծում եմ, որ մշակույթն ամենակարևոր բանն է, մշակութային գործիչները պետք է աջակցեն իրար»,-նշեց նա:
Գործնական ծրագիրը բաղկացած է 18 կետից: Ծրագրի համաձայն` կողմերը կաջակցեն երկրներում մշակութային օրերի կազմակերպմանը, երկու երկրում կազմակերպվող միջազգային փառատոններին, մրցույթներին, ցուցահանդեսներին` իրենց երկրների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ:
Կողմերը կնպաստեն նաև գրական, թարգմանական և գրահրատարակչական գործունեության բնագավառներում ուղիղ կապերի հաստատմանը, կխրախուսեն փոխադարձ մասնակցությունը գրականությանը և գրահրատարակչությանը նվիրված միջազգային միջոցառումներին, այդ թվում` գրքի տոնավաճառներին:
Գրադարանների և թանգարանների ոլորտում կաջակցեն մասնագետների, ուսանողների և փորձագետների փոխայցելություններին, սեմինարների և կոնֆերանսների կազմակերպմանը, ինչպես նաև գրքերի և պարբերականների փոխանակումներին:
