Մի քանի օր հացադուլի ու ջրադուլի մեջ գտնվող՝ «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալը դադարեցրել է հացադուլը
SOCIETYԱպրիլի 30-ից հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող ԱՆ «Արթիկ» ՔԿ հիմնարկի դատապարտյալն այսօր դադարեցրել է հացադուլը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է.
«ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» ՔԿ հիմնարկի դատապարտյալը ապրիլի 30-ին հայտարարել էր հացադուլ՝ համաձայն չլինելով Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում պատիժը կրելուց իրեն պայմանականորեն վաղաժամկետ ազատելու հարցի քննարկման արդյունքում կայացված որոշումից: Մայիսի 2-ին դատապարտյալը նույն պատճառաբանությամբ նաև ջրադուլ էր հայտարարել:
Շիրակի մարզի դատախազության՝ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ ՔԿՀ-ում պատիժների և հարկադրանքի այլ միջոցների կիրառման օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազը մայիսի 6-ին այցել է նշված ՔԿ հինարկ, հանդիպել անձին, սահմանված կարգով ենթարկել հարցման: Դատախազը հորդորել դադարեցնել առողջության համար վնասակար և վտանգավոր պայքարի այդ ձևը և այն տեղափոխելով իրավական հարթություն: Դատապարտյալին պարզաբանվել է դատական կարգով իր իրավունքների իրացման հնարավորությունները:
