Ըստ ամերիկյան բժիշկների տվյալների, կանայք միջինում 5 տարի ավել են ապրում տղամարդկանցից: Գիտնականները կարծում են, որ դա այն պատճառով է, որ կանայք ավելի առողջ կենսակերպ են վարում: Մակհիլլ համալսարանի վերջերս կատարված հետազոտությունը նույնպես հայտնաբերել է, որ կանացի օրգանիզմը ավելի լավ է հաղթահարում հիվանդություններն ու ինֆեկցիաները:

5. Կանայք ավելի ճկուն են

Կանացի մկաններում և ջլերում ավելի շատ էլաստին հորմոն է պարունակվում: Այդ հորմոնը պատասխանատու է մարմնի ձգվելու համար: Դա օգնում է հղիության և ծննդաբերության ժամանակ, երբ ձգումները տեղին են և միաժամանակ ապահովում է մեծ շարժունակություն:
