Երևանում վեճի ժամանակ քաղաքացին դանակահարել է 2 եղբայրների

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Միքայելյան եղբայրների առողջությանը ծանր և միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական քննության տվյալներով, 26-ամյա Էդ. Խլոպուզյանը գիշերային ժամին՝ 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով իրենց շենքի բակում, հեռախոսով վիճաբանել է կնոջ հետ, բարձրաձայն հայհոյել է։ Շենքի բնակիչներից մեկը՝ Հ. Միքայելյանը, իր բնակարանի պատուհանից սաստել է նրան, սակայն երիտասարդը շարունակել է հայհոյանքները և Միքայելյանին հրավիրել դուրս։ Առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, որին միացել է նաև Միքայելյանի եղբայրը։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն, վիճաբանության ընթացքում Էդ. Խլոպուզյանը ծակող-կտրող գործիքով հարվածներ է հասցրել Միքայելյան եղբայրներին՝ նրանցից մեկին պատճառելով ծանր, մյուսին՝ միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնաս։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Էդ. Խլոպուզյանը 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 4-ին ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։ Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում վերջինս հայտնաբերվել է, և 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ին նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով և 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
