Պատրաստ եմ կրել իմ բաժին պատասխանատվությունը ղարաբաղյան հարցի լուծման գործում. Փաշինյան

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է կրել պատասխանատվության իր բաժինը ղարաբաղյան հարցի լուծման գործում։ Այս մասին մայիսի 8-ին մամուլի ասուլիսում ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, որ վերջին 20 տարիներին բանակցությունները վարվել են մի բանի մասին, բայց հասարակությանն այլ բան է ներկայացվել։ Լրագրողի դիտողությանը, թե  Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նույնպես հայտարարություն է արել այս թեմայով, Փաշինյանը նկատել է. «Քոչարյանն ո՞վ է։ Ով մշակել է Մեղրին հանձնելու ծրագի՞րը։ Դուք նրա մասի՞ն եք խոսում»։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ընտրվելու ամենասկզբում արդեն ինքը ծանոթացել է ղարաբաղյան հարցի փաստաթղթերին։ «Առաջին մտքերիցս մեկը հրապարակելն էր։ Ես կցանկանայի անել դա։ Բայց հարցը նուրբ է։ Պետք է քննարկել։ Այդ փաստաթղթերը միայն մեր սեփականությունը չեն։ Այլ նաեւ միջնորդների։ Ես պատասխանն ունեմ, թե լուծման ինչ շրջանակ կարող է լինել։ Դուք հո հասկանում եք, որ խոսքը մի տարբերակի մասին չէ»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։ Այս համատեքստում նա հարց է տվել՝ պատրա՞ստ է արդյոք յուրաքանչյուր ոք կրելու պատասխանատվության իր բաժինը։ «Կշտամբում են տարածքներ հանձնելու մեջ։ Ասում ես՝ ձեր տղան պետք է ծառայի։ Պատասխանում են՝ թող հարեւանի տղան ծառայի։ Սա ասում են հայտնի մարդիկ։ Հարց է ծագում. մենք պատրա՞ստ ենք պատասխանատվություն վերցնել եւ կրել այն։ Ահա գլխավոր հարցը»։

Որպես անձնական պատասխանատվության օրինակ նա նշեց, որ անցած տարի 81 միլիոնով ավելացել է հսկիչ-դրամարկղային կտրոնների թիվը, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս բարձրացնել աշխատավարձերը։ «Նրանք, ովքեր խոսում են զինվորների մասին, իսկ իրենք հրաժարվում են կտրոններից, դուք զինվորի հացն եք գողանում։ Բայց ժողովուրդը ցանկանում է նոր իրողություններ եւ նոր Հայաստան։ Եվ ամեն մեկն իր դերն ունի ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման մեջ՝ վճարել հարկեր, տալ ու վերցնել կտրոններ, պահպանել օրենքները։ Ես պատրաստ եմ կրել պատասխանատվության իմ բաժինը այս եւ այլ հարցերում, 100 եւ 1000 անգամ ավելի»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
