Ադրբեջանը չի հրաժարվում իր իսկական նպատակներից, չի փոխել վերաբերմունքը Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի հանդեպ։ Այս մասին ասել է Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմի փոխղեկավար, նախագահի աշխատակազմի Գլխավոր տեղեկատվական վարչության պետ Դավիթ Բաբայանը NEWS.am-ի հարցազրույցում։
Դավիթ Բաբայանը հաստատել է, որ Դուշանբեում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ Իլհամ Ալիեւի միջեւ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններից հետո շփման գծում խախտումների թիվը կրճատվել է։ «Համեմատաբար քիչ է, քան մեկ տարի առաջ։ Բայց երբեք խախտումների լիակատար բացակայություն չի եղել։ Եվ բացի այդ, խախտումները միայն սառցաբեկորի գագաթն են։ Կան նաեւ այլ գործընթացներ։ Օրինակ, 2018-ին Ադրբեջանը սպառազինությունների գնման եւ զորավարժությունների անցկացման աննախադեպ աշխատանք կատարեց։ 2019-ին արդեն երկրորդ անգամ տեղի ունեցան խոշոր զորավարժություններ Թուրքիայի հետ։ Վերջին զորավարժությունները կրում էին Քեմալ Աթաթյուրքի անունը՝ որպես ագրեսիայի եւ պանթյուրքիզմի խորհրդանշան։ Բնականաբար, նպատակը մենք ենք։ Ադրբեջանում շարունակում են հերոսացնել մարդասպաններին։ Ձգտում են ազատել իրենց հանցագործներին (Արցախում դատապարտված- խմբ.)։ Ադրբեջանը չի վերանայել իր նպատակները։ Բայց դա չի ստացվի։ Մեր տղաները պահպանում են սահմանը»,- նշել է Դավիթ Բաբայանը։
Միեւնույն ժամանակ, նա կոչ է արել պատրանքներ չտածել ու սթափ գնահատել իրավիճակը։ «Իհարկե, մենք կարող ենք դիմակայել, լինել միասնական եւ ամրացնել բանակը։ Ճիշտ աշխարհաքաղաքականություն վարել։ Մերձենալ բարեկամ երկրների՝ Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, ԱՄՆ-ի, եվրոպական երկրների հետ։ Ռուսական ռազմակայանի խորհրդանշական ներկայությունն անգամ չեզոքացնում է թուրքական գործոնը»,- ամփոփել է Բաբայանը։
