Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պաշտոնավարման 1 տարին ամփոփող 100 փաստերի մեջ չներկայացրեց արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող կետեր, որովհետև այս ոլորտում Հայաստանը ձեռքբերումներ չունի: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը:
Քաղտեխնոլոգը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, հատկապես անցած մեր տարվա առաջին հատվածում, ոչ թե մերձեցումն էր կամ շահերի համադրումը, այլ հավասարաչափ հեռացումը բոլորից:
Նա նշեց, որ հիմա էլ ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը բալանսավորված չէ, «մեծ ճիգեր են ներդրվում, որ ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները լավացվեն»:
«Կա դիսբալանս: Նույն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերություններում: Երեկվա ասուլիսն էլ դա ապացուցեց, երբ հարց հնչեց ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների մասին, հուսադրող պատասխան չհնչեց: Դիսբալանսը զգացվում է: ԵՄ-ի հետ մեր հարաբերություններն էլ գործնական կամ արդյունավետ փուլում չեն: Բավական լուրջ ռեսուրս ենք կորցնում, երբ շատ ակտիվ չենք համագործակցում Չինաստանի հետ: Կորցրածը վերականգնելու համար, իհարկե, քայլեր արվում են, բայց դրանք չկան 100 փաստերի մեջ»,- հավելեց Վ. Հակոբյանը:
Քաղտեխնոլոգն ասաց, որ եթե ինքը լիներ վարչապետի թիմի անդամ, չէր գնա ծավալը ցույց տալու փորձի ճանապարհով. «Թող փաստերը քիչ լինեին, բայց ավելի կարևոր, ավելի դիպուկ, խնդիրներին համահունչ»:
