Վարունգը պարունակում է մարդու համար խիստ անհրաժեշտ  В1, В2, В3, В5, В6, С վիտամիններ, ֆոլաթթու,  երկաթ,  կալցիում,  ֆոսֆոր, մագնիում, կալիում, ցինկ:

Եթե ձեր այգում վնասատուներ են  հայտնվում,  մի քանի շրջանակ վարունգ դրեք  ալյումինե տարայի մեջ և թողեք այգում,  վարունգի և ալյումինի միացությունը առաջացնում է քիմիական ռեակցիա, որի արդյունքում արտազատվում է հոտ, որը մարդը չի զգում, բայց վնասատուների համար անտանելի է:

Դեմքի կնճիռները հարթեցնելու համար վարունգի  շրջանակով մերսել  դեմքը, վարունգը ունի  մաշկը ձգող հատկություն:  Վարունգը կօգի նաև ցելյուլիտի դեպքում:

Դռան ճռռոցից կարելի է ազատվել  վարունգի օգնությամբ, վարունգով շփել  և ճռռոցը կանհետանա:

Բերանից տհաճ հոտից ազատվելու համար 30 վայրկյան ծամել վարունգ,  հոտը կանհետանա:

Ծորակները, գազօջախը  մշտապես խնամքի  ու մաքրման կարիք ունեն:  Վարունգի շրջանակով  խփեք և դրանց մակերևույթը ոչ միայն կփայլի, այլ նաև հետքեր չեն մնա:

Եթե ինչ որ բան եք գրել գրիչով և սխալվել եք, հոգ չէ, վարունգի կեղևով  մաքրեք և սխալ գրված տառը կջնջվի: Վարունգը կարող է ջնջել նաև ֆլոմաստերի հետքը:
