POLITICSПравительство Пашиняна выбрало интересную тактику для обогащения "законодательной повестки дня". Во-первых, они просто модифицируют некоторые положения ранее принятых законов, искусственно перекрывая повестки дня АН. С другой стороны, согласно газете "Факт" , правительство направило отдельным фракциям специальный указ для обсуждения "каждой темы" с речами и вопросами, которые должны быть затронуты в ходе обсуждений. В результате этого четырехдневные заседания кажутся полными, но вместо этого становятся скучными и искусственными. И наконец, власти внедрили интересный прием.
Хорошие инициативы лидеров оппозиции сначала принимаются негативно, направляются в ведущий комитет, где они подвергаются критике, и вскоре после этого сами выступают с такой слегка измененной инициативой, чтобы доказать, что они также работают.
