Մայիսի 10-ին ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում անցկացվեց փրկարար ծառայության հերթական ամենշաբաթյա ընդլայնված խորհրդակցությունը, որը վարեց ծառայության տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Արտակ Նահապետյանը:
Պարբերաբար անցկացվող խորհրդակցություններում ամփոփվում են հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված աշխատանքները, հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը, տրվում են նոր հանձնարարականներ:
ՀՀ ԱԻ ՓԾ տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարները, Երևանի ու մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունների պետերը փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենին զեկուցեցին իրականացված աշխատանքների, գրանցված ահազանգերի, դեպքերի և պատահարների, փրկարար ծառայության տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական վիճակի, ճանապարհների անցանելիության, արտակարգ իրավիճակների արձագանքման և փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման վերաբերյալ ամփոփ տեղեկատվությունը:
ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՃԿԱԿ պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը զեկուցեց, որ նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում «911» ծառայությունում գրանցվել է 18892 զանգ, 235 դեպք-պատահար, որից 102-ը՝ արտակարգ բնույթի:
ԱԻՆ ՃԿԱԿ հոգեբանական աջակցության բաժնի պետ, փ/ծ կապիտան Արևիկ Երիցյանի զեկույցի համաձայն՝ անցնող շաբաթվա ընթացքում գրանցվել է 9 զանգ: Հոգեբանական ծառայության աշխատակիցները քաղաքացիներին ցուցաբերել են հոգեբանական աջակցություն, ծառայությունում իրականացվել է հոգեբանական և հոգեֆիզիոլոգիական 17 հետազոտություն:
Ըստ ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի պրոռեկտոր, փ/ծ գնդապետ Գ. Հովակիմյանի ակադեմիայում շարունակվում են փրկարար ծառայության մարզային ստորաբաժանումների հրշեջ-փրկարարների վերապատրաստման աշխատանքները:
Խորհրդակցության ավարտին փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Ա. Նահապետյանն ամփոփեց խորհրդակցության արդյունքները՝ տալով մի շարք հանձնարարականներ:
Դրանք, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում էին փրկարար ծառայության մարզային ստորաբաժանումներում ընթացող շինարարական աշխատանքներին, Ճապոնական միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության կողմից տրված հրշեջ-փրկարարական տեխնիկայի բաշխմանը վերաբերվող հարցերին:
Գնդապետ Արտակ Նահապետյանը մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունների պետերին հանձնարարեց անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն ցուցաբերել «Գեոռիսկ» գիտահետազոտական ընկերության մասնագետներին, ովքեր մարզերում իրականացնելու են սողանքային ռիսկի և քարաթափման վտանգի հետ կապված ուսումնասիրություններ և համապատասխան աշխատանքներ:
