«Ապրիլի 16-ը որպես հայկական կինոյի օր չսահմանելը կհամարեմ անհասկանալի «կապրիզ»»
INTERVIEWԵրեկ Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Վահե Էնֆիաջյանի և Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի ներկայացրած՝ «Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է ապրիլի 16-ը սահմանել հայ կինոյի օր: Դեռևս օրեր առաջ նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ կարծիքները տարբեր էին: Պատգամավորներից ոմանք, օրինակ, պնդում էին, որ գոյություն ունի կինոյի միջազգային օր, որը նշվում է դեկտեմբերի 28-ին, ուստի պետք չէ տոնացույցում մեկ առանձին օր էլ հատկացնել հայկական կինոյին: Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, սակայն, հակադարձում է՝ հայկական կինոն պետք է արժևորել՝ տոնացույցում հատուկ օր սահմանելով :
Հայաստանիկինեմատոգրաֆիստներիմիության նախագահ, ռեժիսոր Հարություն Խաչատրյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է, որ միությունն, այսպես, թե այնպես, ամեն տարի նշում է ապրիլի 16-ը որպես հայկական կինոյի օր:
«Իմ հիմնադրած կինոակադեմիան մրցանակներ է շնորհում հայկական կինոյի մասնագետներին: Կան տարբեր մասնագիտական գիլդիաներ, որոնք մրցանակներ են հանձնում իրենց ոլորտի կարևոր ներկայացուցիչներին: Ապրիլի 16-ին կազմակերպվում են երեկոներ և ֆիլմերի ցուցադրություններ: Այսինքն՝ այդ օրն ինքնըստինքյան կազմակերպվում են միջոցառումներ, քանի որ դա հայկական կինոյի սկիզբն է: Մտածողություն կա, որ կա կինոյի միջազգային օր և պետք չէ հայ կինոյի օրն առանձին նշել: Բայց պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ հայկական կինոն իր սկզբնավորման տարիներին համաշխարհային կինոյի մակարդակին էր: Մեր համր ֆիլմերը ոչնչով չեն զիջում ամերիկյան, եվրոպական ֆիլմերին՝ իրենց մակարդակով, տեխնիկական հագեցվածությամբ և հետաքրքրությամբ: Հայկական կինոյի ստեղծումն ունի առանձին պատմություն: Մի ազգի պատմություն է, որը կարծես մոխիրներից վեր հառնելով, Խորհրդային Միության ծանր տարիներին կարողացավ ուժ գտնել իր մեջ ստեղծելու կինեմատոգրաֆ, երբ ամբողջ աշխարհը նոր էր սկսել դրա մասին մտածել», - ասում է Խաչատրյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ կինոն շատ կարևոր և լուրջ զենք է, և հայ ազգը պետք է հասկանա՝ ինչպես շախմատը, այնպես էլ կինոն, կարող է իրեն հետաքրքիր ձևով ներկայացնել աշխարհին: «Ապրիլի 16-ն անպայման պետք է սահմանվի որպես հայկական կինոյի օր: Չընդունելը համարում եմ անհասկանալի դիմադրություն, «կապրիզ»:
Չեմ կարծում, որ ինչ- որ մեկն ավելի շատ մտածի կինոյի մասին և կարևորությունն իմանա, քան մենք (նկատի ունի կինոգործիչներին- խմբ.): Կինեմատոգրաֆիստների միությունն է նաև խորհրդարանին ներկայացրել իր կարծիքը, ցանկությունը, նաև խնդրանքը, որպեսզի իրենք հաստատեն այդ օրը տոնացույցում: Եթե մեկ ամբողջ կինեմատոգրաֆ նման առաջարկություն է անում, ասելով որ նույնիսկ հանգստյան օր պետք չէ, ինչո՞ւ ընդառաջ չգնալ», - եզրափակում է Հարություն Խաչատրյանը:
