Նոյեմբերի 14-ին Արմավիրի մարզի Թաիրով գյուղի Սայաթ Նովա փողոցի 14 տնակի բնակիչ, 42-ամյա Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին ահազանգ է տվել, որ նոյեմբերի 13-ի լույս 14-ի գիշերը անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք մուտք են գործել իր տանը կից անասնագոմ և այնտեղից գողացել 4 գլուխ խոշոր եղջերավոր անասունների՝ 2 կով և 2 ցուլ:
Ինչպես Արմավիրի մարզից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նույն օրը Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Ավետիք Կարապետյանի կողմից հարուցվում է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 177 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում տուժածը՝ Գ. Գրիգորյանը, ասում էր. «Ճիշտ է, աշխատում եմ, բայց էդ կովերով էի կարողանում լուծել ընտանիքիս սոցիալական խնդիրները: Չէի հավատում, որ մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում Շենգավիթի ու Էջմիածնի ոստիկանները կգտնեին գողերին ու հետն էլ՝ իմ թառլաններին՝ Նարգիզիս, Ծաղիկիս, Բաշիս ու Չալոյիս: Լավ էր, չէին հասցրել մորթեին, ողջ-առողջ գիշերը գնացել, մարալներիս տուն են բերել»:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի, ոստիկանության Չարբախի բաժանմունքի և ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի աշխատակիցները, իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները, նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով Շենգավիթի ոստիկանություն են բերման ենթարկել Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչ, 53-ամյա Մաջիթ Օզմանյանին, ով խոստովանել է, որ կովերը և ցուլերը գողացել է ինքը՝ իր ընկերոջ՝ համաքաղաքացի, 43-ամյա Շամիլ Ալոյանի հետ:
