Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետը հանձնարարականներ տվեց Սեւանում ձկան եւ խեցգետնի որսի արգելման միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ

Սեւանա լճում 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ից մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 25-ը եւ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 6-ից մինչեւ հունվարի 20-ը, կապված ձվադրման շրջանի հետ, հայտարարված է ձկան եւ խեցգետնի որսի արգելման ժամանակահատված, որն իրականացվում է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության, ՀՀ ոստիկանության եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի համատեղ ուժերով:

«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ` մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանի մոտ կայացած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նոյեմբերի 18-ին քննարկվեցին Սեւանա լճում ձկան եւ խեցգետնի որսի արգելման միջոցառումների համապատասխան կետերը, սահմանված ժամկետում միջոցառումների իրականացման արդյունավետության ապահովման հետ կապված քայլերը: Մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին եւ պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարեց աշխատել տեղերում եւ ամենօրյա տեղեկատվություն ներկայացնեÕ ¬ իրականացվող միջոցառումների ընթացքի մասին, որոնք սահմանված են ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության, ՀՀ ոստիկանության եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի կողմից ստորագրված միջոցառումների ծրագիր-ժամանակացույցով:

«Միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցով նախատեսված է մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 18-ը «Սեւան» ազգային պարկի տարածքից դուրս բերել բոլոր լողամիջոցները, որսագործիքները եւ ժամանակավոր կացարանները: Իսկ նոյեմբերի 20-ից սահմանվում է շուրջօրյա հերթապահություն, ստուգայցեր են իրականացվելու մարզի եւ մայրաքաղաքի շուկաներում: Մարզպետին կից հանձնաժողովը հստակ պետք է ներկայացնի միջոցառումների իրականացման ամենօրյա ընթացքը, արձանագրի յուրաքանչյուր օրինախախտման դեպք, համագործակցի պատկան կառույցների, համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ: Մեր հիմնական խնդիրն է ձվա դրման շրջանում խստիվ արգելել ձկնորսությունը ինչպես Սեւանա լճում, այնպես էլ լիճ թափվող գետերում: Օրինախախտման յուրաքանչյուր դեպք մեր կողմից կներկայացվի հրապարակային լուսաբանման»,-նշեց մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:
