Yerevan.Today կայքը դիմել է իրավապահ մարմիններին և լրագրողական կազմաերպություններին՝ երեխաներին ատելության քարոզի մեջ ներքաշելու, լրագրողների աշխատանքը խոչնդոտելու և նրանց հետ հաշիվ մաքրելու հարցով։

Բանն այն է, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասությունների դատարանի բակում մայիսի 14-ին կայացած բողոքի ակցիային մասնակցել են նաև անչափահասներ: Yerevan.Tooday-ի նկարահանող խումբը մոտեցել է երեխաներին՝ իմանալու, թե ինչո՞ւ են եկել, ո՞վ է բերել, ո՞վ է տվել նրանց այդ պաստառները։ Երեխաները նշել են, որ ծնողների հետ չեն։ Նկարահանող խմբին են մոտեցել չափահասները և խանգարել աշխատանքը։ Նրանք վիրավորել են կայքը, մեղադրել լրագրողին, որ անչափահասից հարցազրույց է վերցնում՝ առանց ծնողի ներկայության, թույլտվության։ Բախում տեղի չի ունեցել ոստիկանության միջամտության շնորհիվ։ «Բայց ուշագրավ է, որ նույն ոստիկանները հանգիստ հսկում էին երեխաների այլասերումը այդ չափահասների կողմից և որևէ միջամտություն ցույց չէին տալիս»,-նշվում է կայքի հայտարարության մեջ:

Երեկոյան արդեն Yerevan.Today-ի օպերատորին են զանգահարել ինչ-որ անձինք՝ փակ հեռախոսահամարով, ներկայացել են ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժանմունքի աշխատողներ և հրավիրել զրույց ունենալու։

Այս միջադեպերի հետ կապված՝ կայքը հրավիրում է ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի, անչափահասների իրավունքների և լրագրողների շահերի պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպությունների ուշադրությունը.

«Ոստիկանությունը պետք է պարզի՝ ովքեր էին երեխաներին ներքաշում իրենց, այսպես ասած, պայքարի մեջ, ովքեր էին սերմանում անհանդուրժողականություն ու ատելություն, ի՞նչ նպատակով, ովքե՞ր են խոչընդոտել մեր թղթակիցների աշխատանքներին, ովքե՞ր են զանգահարել մեր օպերատորին և փորձել հաշիվ պարզել։ Լրագրողների շահերի պաշտպաններին կոչ ենք անում տալ գնահատական կատարվածին, մանավանդ որ չափահաս ցուցարարները անթաքույց և հրապարակավ ատելություն էին քարոզում Yerevan.Today-ի նկատմամբ։  Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների և ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների ներկայությամբ, բազմաթիվ տեսանկարահանող սարքերով ֆիքսվել է»:
