SOCIETYՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի հիմնավորվածության վերաբերյալ հարցի քննությանն այսօր՝ մայիսի 15-ին, երկրորդ նախագահի պաշտպաններից Հայկ Ալումյանը մեջբերումներ արեց նաեւ 2008-ին Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի ցուցմունքից:
Սեյրան Օհանյանն իր ցուցմունքում մասնավորապես նշել է, որ 2008 թվականի փետրվարի 23-ի խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի մարտունակության խնդիրները, քանի որ այդ օրերին անհրաժեշտություն կար զինված ուժերի զգոնության բարձրացման եւ հակառակորդի կողմից հնարավոր սադրանքների եւ ոտնձգությունների հետ մղման հարցը, որն արտահայտվել է 2008 թվականի մարտի 3-ին տեղի ունեցած դիվերսիայով: «Բոլոր հրահանգաները եղել են զինված ուժերի մարտունակության եւ զգոնության բարձրացման վերաբերյալ: Նմանատիպ ցուցում տվել է նաեւ պաշտպանության նախարարը՝ զինված ուժերի ղեկավարությանը եւ նրանց ենթակա անմիջական կառույցների հրամանատարներին»,- իր ցուցմունքում նշել է Սեյրան Օհանյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Սեյրան Օհանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2008 թվականին հանդիսանալով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետը, այլ անձանց հետ հանցակցությամբ, տապալել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը։
