ՀՀ նախագահը ստորագրել է կառավարության կառուցվածքի փոփոխության օրենքը
POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ստորագրել է Ազգային ժողովի ընդունած մի շարք օրենքներ, այդ թվում՝ կառավարության կառուևցվածքի փոփոխություն ենթադրող օրենքը:
ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ստորագրել է Ազգային ժողովի ընդունած «Գովազդի մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին, Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսգրքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին, «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, «Պետական պաշտոններ և պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, «Անվտանգության խորհրդի կազմավորման և գործունեության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին, «Պետական արարողակարգի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին, «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, «Պաշտոնատար անձանց գործունեության ապահովման, սպասարկման և սոցիալական երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքները:
Կառավարության կառուցվածքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրենքն ԱԺ-ն ընդունել էր մայիսի 8-ին: Նախագծին կողմ էր արտահայտվել միայն «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» և «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունները դեմ էին քվեարկել:
