Քոչարյանի գործով վճռի հրապարակումից առաջ իշխանության կողմնակիցները եւ Քոչարյանի աջակիցները բողոքի ցույց են անում (ուղիղ)
SOCIETYՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցով վճռի հրապարակումից 3 ժամ առաջ այսօր՝ մայիսի 18-ին, բողոքի ակցիա է Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասությունների Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների դատարանի դիմաց։ Դատարանի դիմաց հավաքվել են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի աջակիցները եւ իշխանության կողմնակիցներ։
ՀՀ ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում էր կատարել՝ նշելով, որ տեղեկություններ ունի, որ դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը ենթարկվում է ճնշումների եւ այսօր ցանկանում է փոխել նրա խափանման միջոց։ Պատգամավորը կոչ է արել բոլորին ժամը 13.00-ին հավաքվել եւ բողոքի ցույց անել դատարանի դիմաց։
Նշենք, որ քիչ անց պատգամավորը հեռացրել էր գրառումը, ապա հանդես եկել մեկ այլ գրառմամաբ, որտեղ միայն կոչ էր անում հավաքվել դատարանի դիմաց։ Նշենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական խումբը եւ մի շարք իրավապաշտպաններ պնդում են, որ փորձ է կատարվում պատգամավորի կողմից ճնշում գործադրել դատավորի վրա։ «Իրավական ուղի» հասարակական կազմակերպությունն էլ հայտարարություն է տարածել, որ նման պատասխանատու հայտարարություն նման պատասխանատու քաղաքական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձի կողմից հնչեցնելը լիարժեք հիմք է, որ անհապաղ հարուցվի քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 332-րդ հոդվածով («Արդարադատության իրականացմանը եւ քննությանը խոչընդոտելը»)՝ պարզելու համար թե ինչպիսի ճնշումների է, պատգամավորի պնդմամբ, ենթարկվել դատավորը, որտեղից նրան այդպիսի տեղեկություն, ով է ճնշում գործադրողը։
Ոստիկանական մեծ ուժեր են կենտրոնացված դատարանի դիմաց, որոնք հսկում են կարգուկանոնը։ Նաեւ շտապօգնության մեքենա է հերթապահում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախի ներկա եւ նախկին նախագահներ Բակո Սահակյանն ու Արկադի Ղուկասյանը անձնական երաշխավորություն են ներկայացրել Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքի փոփոխման համար համար: Նրանքանձամբ ներկայացել էին դատարան եւ հայտնել, որ 500.000–ական դրամ են վճարել Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դեպոզիտ հաշվին։
Հավելենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու, ինչպես նաեւ իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով «Թի Էս Էս Սի Արմենիա» ՍՊ ընկերության միակ մասնակից եւ տնօրեն Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն նպաստելու համար առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու համար։ Սակայն նրա փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ մեղադրանքն անհիմն է, եւ շինծու գործով իրականացվում է քաղաքական հետապնդում։
