«Որոշումն ինչ–որ տեղ սպասելի էր». Լեւոն Քոչարյանը՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու մասին
SOCIETYԴատարանի որոշումն այնքանով է ինձ բավարարել, որ հայրս հիմա պետք է դուրս գա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 18-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի որդին՝ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը՝ խոսելով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին անձնական երաշխավորությամբ ազատ արձակելու դատարանի որոշման մասին։
«Որոշումն ինչ–որ տեղ սպասելի էր՝ նաեւ հաշվի առնելով անձնական երաշխավորությունները»,–ասաց Լեւոն Քոչարյանը։
Հարցին՝ մինչ այս պաշտպանները պնդում էին, որ ճնշում է գործադրվում դատարանների վրա, այդ պարագայում այս վճիռն ինչի մասին է խոսում, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդին պատասխանեց. «Շարունակությունը կտեսնենք, պրոցեսը չի վերջացել, դեռ շարունակվելու եւ այդտեղ կհասկանանք ճնշում կա, չկա եւ մնացածը։ Արդեն այն, որ հայրս այսքան ժամանակ նստած էր, համարում ենք, որ ապօրինի էր»։
Լեւոն Քոչարյանի համար անհասկանալի է նաեւ Քոչարյանի ընդդիմախոսների կեցվածքը. «Չեմ հասկանում չարության իմաստը, մի բան է՝ երբ գալիս ես մի մարդու պաշտպանելու, որ դուրս գա, ազատության մեջ լինի, այլ բան է գալ, այդ պաստառները պահել, ուղղակի չեմ հասկանում իմաստը, բայց հասկանալով որտեղից է ուղղորդվում, հասկանում ենք»։
Հարցին՝ որտեղի՞ց է ուղղորդվում, նա ասաց. «Ինձ թվում է բոլորին պարզ է»։
Նշենք, որ 4 օր է՝ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասությունների Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների դատարանը քննում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցը։ Նիստերին մասնակցում էր նաեւ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը։ Այսօր վճռի հրապարակմանը դատարան էր եկել նաեւ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ավագ որդին՝ Սեդրակ Քոչարյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասությունների Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների դատարանը՝ դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի նախագահությամբ որոշեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին անձնական երաշխավորությամբ ազատ արձակել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտին Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը` դատավոր Արմեն Բեկթաշյանի նախագահությամբ, բավարարել էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կալանավորման ժամկետը եւս երկու ամսով երկարարցնելու վերաբերյալ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության միջնորդության վերաբերյալ։ Քոչարյանի կալանքի ժամկետը լրանում է մայիսի 19-ին։
Նշենք, որ Արցախի ներկա եւ նախկին նախագահներ Բակո Սահակյանն ու Արկադի Ղուկասյանը անձնական երաշխավորություն են ներկայացրել Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքի փոփոխման համար: Նրանք անձամբ ներկայացել էին դատարան եւ հայտնել, որ 500.000–ական դրամ են վճարել Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դեպոզիտ հաշվին։
Հավելենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու, ինչպես նաեւ իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով «Թի Էս Էս Սի Արմենիա» ՍՊ ընկերության միակ մասնակից եւ տնօրեն Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն նպաստելու համար առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու համար։ Սակայն նրա փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ մեղադրանքն անհիմն է, եւ շինծու գործով իրականացվում է քաղաքական հետապնդում։
