Փողոցային ճնշումը խաթարում է ժողովրդավարական հասարակության, այդ թվում արդար եւ ազատ դատաքննություն վարելու հիմքերը: Այս մասին հյտարարություն է տարածել ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի գերագույն մարմինը:

 

Հայտարարությունում ասվում է.

 

Հակառակ դատարանի նկատմամբ բացահայտ եւ դատապարտելի ճնշումների, վերջին օրերին ահագնացող հանրային լարվածությանն ու անհանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտի ուղղորդվող շիկացմանը՝ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը, հիմք ընդունելով ԱՀ գործող նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի եւ ԱՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի միջնորդությունը, նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու որոշում կայացրեց։

 

Հավատալով, որ դատարանը հավատարիմ կմնա անկախ եւ ճնշումներից զերծ որոշում կայացնելու իր սահմանադրական հանձնառությանը՝ այդուհանդերձ, դատապարտում ենք արդարադատությունը խոչընդոտելու յուրաքանչյուր դեպք՝ դրանք դիտելով որպես Հայաստանում սահմանադրական կարգի հաստատմանն ու ամրագրմանն դեմ ուղղված քայլ։

 

Փաստում ենք, որ այս օրերին արձանագրված փողոցային ճնշումը խաթարում է ժողովրդավարական հասարակության, այդ թվում արդար եւ ազատ դատաքննություն վարելու հիմքերը եւ գտնում, որ գործադիր իշխանությունը պարտավոր է հետեւողական միջոցներ ձեռնարկել եւ երաշխավորել պետական իշխանության առանձին մարմինների անխափան գործունեությունը։

 

Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցությունը մերժում եւ դատապարտում է հայկական զույգ պետությունների համերաշխությանն  ուղղված, արհեստական բաժանարարներ եւ պառակտիչ տրամադրություններ արթնացնող որեւէ դրսեւորում՝ ցանկացած կողմից։ Դաշնակցությունն իր ողջ կարողականությամբ պայքարելու է եւ թույլ չի տալու  ցանկացած ոտնձգություն՝ ուղղված ազգային միասնականությանը։

 

Մեր հավաքական պարտականությունն ու պատասխանատվությունն է ավելի քան  միասնական լինել,  ամրացնել ներհասարակական համերաշխությունը՝ դիմագրավելու արտաքին եւ ներքին մարտահրավերները, լուծելու մեր համազգային անվտանգության խնդիրները։
