Հրանտ Մարգարյանին ու Դաշնակցությանն ուղղված անբարո հայտարարությունները, սպառնալիքներն ու ամբոխի հարձակումը մենք գնահատում ենք որպես հստակ ուղղորդված գործողություն և ստոր քայլ Դաշնակցության համահայկական ողջ ընտանիքի դեմ։ Այսպիսի գնահատականով հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՅԴ Բյուրոն:

Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

«Ամիսներ շարունակ Դաշնակցությունն ահազանգում էր, որ երկրում սերմանվող ու խրախուսվող քաղաքական անհանդուրժողականությունն անխուսափելիորեն հանգեցնելու է պառակտումների ու ատելության։ Ցավոք, դա այլևս իրողություն է։ Ժողովրդի տարբեր հատվածներին իրար դեմ լարելու, հասարակությունը «սևերի» ու «սպիտակների», յուրայինների ու թշնամիների բաժանելու իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունն արդեն գործնական դրսեւորումներ է ստանում։ 

ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի բազմամյա ներկայացուցիչ, Արցախյան ազատամարտի կազմակերպիչներից Հրանտ Մարգարյանն իր մանկահասակ թոռների հետ Ազատության հրապարակում զբոսնելիս հարձակման է ենթարկվել մոլագար ամբոխի կողմից։

Անհանդուրժողականության ու թշնամանք տարածելու իշխանության անպատասխանատու, ագրեսիվ կոչերն ու ատելության խոսքն այլևս հանրային վարքագիծ է դարձել։ Փողոցային խուժանն արդեն իշխանությունների կարգախոսները դարձրել է իր վարքի կանոն։

Ազգային ու մարդկային նկարագիր չունեցող հանրային տականքը գլուխ է բարձրացրել եւ փորձում է իր կամքն ու ստոր արժեքները պարտադրել։ Ամիսներ շարունակ լրատվամիջոցներով ու հանրային հարթակներում Դաշնակցության առանձին գործիչների ու կուսակցության դեմ իրականացվել է կազմակերպված, ուղղորդված ու հովանավորվող հակաքարոզչություն, սերմանվել է թշնամանք ու ատելություն։

Հրանտ Մարգարյանին ու Դաշնակցությանն ուղղված անբարո հայտարարությունները, սպառնալիքներն ու ամբոխի հարձակումը մենք գնահատում ենք որպես հստակ ուղղորդված գործողություն և ստոր քայլ Դաշնակցության համահայկական ողջ ընտանիքի դեմ։ Հանուն հասարակական համերաշխության շատ դեպքերում ենք լռել։ Թերևս մեր լռությունն ու համարժեք քայլերով չպատասխանելը ոմանց մոտ ստեղծել է անպատիժ մնալու թյուր մտայնություն։ Այլևս չենք հանդուրժելու, քանզի հայ մարդուն ոչ վայել վարքագծով ագրեսիվ փողոցային խուժանը հասարակություն չէ։

Պահանջում ենք երկրի իշխանություններից և իրավապահ մարմիններից ամենակարճ ժամկետում գնահատական տալ կատարվածին, օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ պատժել մեղավորներին և ընդմիշտ վերջ տալ նման գործելաոճին»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ՝ մայիսի 18-ին,  Ազատության հրապարակում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ազատ արձակման դեմ բողոքող ցուցարարները հարձակվել են թոռների հետ զբոսնող Հրանտ Մարգարյանի վրա եւ վիրավորական արտահայտություններ արել։
