LIFEԳիտնականները պարզել են, որ կանանց 90%-ը կրծկալ է կրում, անկախ այն բանից, թե ինչ չափսի է կուրծքը:
Եվս մեկ հետազոտություն ապացուցել է, որ օրը 24 ժամ կրծկալ կրող կանանց մոտ, կաթնագեղձի քաղցկեղ առաջանալու հավանականությունը 113 անգամ ավելի մեծ է, քան այն կանանց մոտ, ովքեր 12 ժամ են կրում:
Ինչպե՞ս կրել կրծկալը
Շատ կանայք կարծում են, որ մշտապես կրծկալ կրելը կանխում է կրծքի կախվելու գործընթացը: Ցավոք, բայց դա այդպես չէ: Գիտնականներն ապացուցել են, որ կրծկալի կրելու ժամանակի և կրծքի կախվելու մեջ ոչ մի կապ չկա: Իսկ ինչպես վարվեն փարթամ կուրծք ունեցող կանայք և աղջիկները…

2 Մի պառկեք քնելու կրծկալով: Երբեք:

4 Ընտրեք բնական կտորներից կրծկալներ՝ ճիշտ նյութափոխանակության համար:
