Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական խումբը հերքում է տարածել
SOCIETY«Այսօր որոշ լրատվամիջոցներում տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել, թե իբրև Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական խմբից արտահոսք է եղել՝ Ոոբերտ Քոչարյանի ազատ արձակելու որոշումը գրել են Վերաքննիչ դատարանի երեք դատավորներ՝ Վազգեն Ռշտունին, Արշակ Վարդանյանը և Մխիթար Պապոյանը, իսկ գործով նախագահող դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը միայն կարդացել է այն:
Բացի այդ հրապարակված նյութում նշվում է, որ Քոչարյանը մինչև որոշման հրապարակումը տեղյակ է եղել իր ազատ արձակման մասին և Նոր Նորքի դատարանում որոշման հրապարակումից գրեթե 1 րոպե հետո, առանց որոշումը ՔԿՀ ներկայացնելու հեռացել է այնտեղից՝ նախօրոք այնտեղ պատրաստի կանգնած իր ավտոմեքենայով:
Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական խումբը պաշտոնակապես հայտնում է, որ տարածված տեղեկությունն առ այն, թե պաշտպանական խմից արտահոսք է եղել՝ դատական ակտը Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավորների կողմից գրելու վերաբերյալ, բացահայտ սուտ է, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:
Հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ դատարանի որոշումը հրապարակվել է մայիսի 18-ին՝ ժամը 16:00-ին:
Ինչ վերաբերում է դատական ակտի հրապարակման հետ միաժամանակ Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից դուրս գալուն, ապա այդ պնդումը ևս սուտ է՝ քանի որ տասնյակ լրատվամիջոցներ որոշման հրապարակելուց հետո գնացել են Ազգային Անվտանգության ծառայության շենքի մոտ և նրանից իսկ կողմից կատարված ուղիղ տեսանկարահանմամբ արձանագրվել է, թե երբ և ինչպես է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ավտոմեքենայով դուրս գալիս ԱԱԾ շենքից
