POLITICSԵվրոպական խորհրդարանի «ԵՄ-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական գործընկերության հանձնաժողովի» պատվիրակության ղեկավար Սաջադ Քարիմը հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոչով մայիսի 20-ին դատարանների մուտքերն արգելափակելու մասին։ Հայտարարությունում ասվում է.
«Մայիսի 18-ին Երևանի դատարաններից մեկը, որպես դատական գործընթացի ելք, որոշում էր կայացրել Հայաստանի պաշտոնաթող նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխության վերաբերյալ։ Առանց միջամտության սկզբունքի վերաբերյալ ավելորդ նախապաշարմունքի, մենք ցանկանում ենք մեր մտահոգությունն արտահայտել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից իր աջակիցներին ուղղված կոչի կապակցությամբ՝ մայիսի 20-ին արգելափակել հայաստանյան բոլոր դատարանները։
Մեր մտահոգությունն ենք հայտնում նաև պարտադիր և ընդհանուր «վեթինգ»-ի գաղափարի առնչությամբ, որը պետք է վերաբերի անխտիր բոլոր դատավորներին։ Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ դատավորների քաղաքականացումն էական կարևորություն ունեցող հարց է Հայաստանում, և մենք ապավինում ենք իշխանությունների կոմպետենտությանը, միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցությամբ ընդունելու և իրականացնելու կառուցվածքային անհրաժեշտ բարեփոխումներ, ինչի արդյունքում կերաշխավորվի դատական իշխանության թափանցիկությունն ու արդյունավետությունը՝ զերծ կողմնակի միջամտություններից և վերագտած հավաքը քաղաքացիների շրջանում, ինչը նախապայման է օրենքի իշխանության համար։
Մինչ այդ ամենը, մենք հորդորում ենք պետական բոլոր պաշտոնյաներին ցուցաբերել իմաստնություն և զսպվածություն, ինչպես դա եղել է անցյալ տարի տեղի ունեցած «թավշյա հեղափոխության» ողջ ընթացքում, գործել բացառապես Սահմանադրությամբ իրենց պատվիրակված լիազորությունների շրջանակում և հավատարիմ մնալ իշխանության օրենսդիր, գործադիր և դատական իշխանությունների բաժանման պարզ և անվիճարկելի սկզբունքին»։
