ՀՔԾ պետի տարեկան հայտարարագիրը
SOCIETYՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել 2018 թվականի տարեկան հայտարարագիրը: Հանձնաժողովի պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակված փաստաթղթից տեղեկանում ենք, որ 2018թ. հարկային տարում Ս. Խաչատրյանը 27 103 200 ՀՀ դրամով շինություն է ձեռք բերել: Հայտարարագրում ընդգծված է շինություն, որի բնորոշումը մեջբերում ենք բառացի. ՀՀ օրենսդրության համաձայն նոր կառուցված, ձեռք բերված և անշարժ գույքի կադաստր վարող լիազոր մարմնի կողմից հաշվառված ու գնահատված այն շինությունները, որոնք դեռևս չեն ստացել իրավունքների պետական գրանցում, ինչպես նաև սեփականության կամ հողօգտագործման իրավունք ունեցող անձանց կողմից այդ հողամասի վրա ինքնակամ կառուցված շենքերը և շինությունները, այդ թվում՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքերում կամ շենքերին կից ինքնակամ կառույցները:
2018թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրում շարժական գույքի վերաբերյալ տվյալներ չկան: Հայտարարատու պաշտոնատար անձի հարկային տարում հանձնած կամ վերադարձած փոխառությունները ենթաբաժնից էլ տեղեկանում ենք, որ 2018թ. հարկային տարվա վերջում նրա փոխառության չափը կազմել է 4 067 000 ՀՀ դրամ: Պաշտոնատար անձի դրամական միջոցը հարկային տարվա սկզբում կազմել է 15 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ, տարեվերջում 1 միլիոն դրամով նվազել է՝ կազմելով 14 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ:
2018թ. հարկային տարում Ս. Խաչատրյանի եկամուտների հանրագումարը կազմել է 34 088 086 ՀՀ դրամ: Նշված հանրագումարից 3 131 184 ՀՀ դրամը և 7 920 902 ՀՀ դրամը գոյացել են աշխատավարձերից, իսկ 23 036 000 ՀՀ դրամը՝ ստացված փոխառություններից (վարկեր)
