Ռիսկայինները. ո՞վ է լինելու հաջորդը
POLITICSՆախօրեին կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքը տեղեկություն տարածեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ Արարատի մարզի երկու փոխմարզպետ ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից: Մինչև իշխանության գալը վարչապետն ու թիմակիցներն անընդհատ քննադատում էին, որ տարծքային կառավարման մարմիններն իրենց չեն արդարացնում, և այնտեղ լուրջ ու խորքային անելիքներ կան, և հատկապես թիրախավորվում էին փոխմարզպետները՝ նշելով, որ նրանք, ըստ էության, ոչնչով չեն զբաղվում, և այդ հաստիքները պետք է վերացվեն:
Սակայն իշխանափոխությունից արդեն անցել է մեկ տարի, իսկ իշխանությունների կողմից այս ոլորտի հետ կապված կոնկրետ գործողություններ չեն արվել: Կատարված պաշտոնանկությունները բավականին հետաքրքրական են հատկապես այն առումով, որ Արարատի մարզպետն անընդհատ հայտնվում է ինչ-որ զավեշտալի ու անհասկանալի իրավիճակներում, բայց շարունակում է պաշտոնավարել: Քանիցս խոսել ենք այն մասին, որ մարզպետներն այս իշխանությունների ամենաթույլ և ռիսկային կադրերն են: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ մարզպետարանների ղեկավար կազմերի փոփոխությունները շարունակություն են ունենալու, և այս ֆոնին հետաքրքրական է, թե ով է լինելու հաջորդը:
Չի բացառվում, որ մարզպետարաններում սկսված այս տոտալ փոփոխություններն անդրադառնան նաև Արագածոտնի մարզին, քանի որ մարզպետ Դավիթ Գևորգյանի կողմից ռուսական դրոշը տրորելու տեսանյութի տարածումից հետո ՀՀ-ն խնդիր ունի ՌԴ-ին ցույց տալու, որ նա հատուկ չի նշանակվել մարզպետ. այդ տեսանյութերը նշանակումից որոշ ժամանակ անց են հայտնվել համացանցում, իսկ իշխանությունները կարող էին և նման ակցիայի մասնակցության մասին տեղյակ չլինել:
