Ո՞վ է դատավորների թեմայով աղմուկ բարձրացրած Արտակ Գալստյանը
POLITICSՕրեր առաջ ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Արտակ Գալստյանը հայտարարել էր, թե, ըստ արտահոսած տեղեկատվության, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ազատ արձակելու որոշումը գրել են Վերաքննիչ դատարանի երեք դատավորներ՝ Վազգեն Ռշտունին, Արշակ Վարդանյանը և Մխիթար Պապոյանը, իսկ դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը միայն կարդացել է այն: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական խումբը պաշտոնապես հայտնել էր, որ տարածված տեղեկությունն առ այն, թե պաշտպանական խմբից արտահոսք է եղել՝ դատական ակտը Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավորների կողմից գրելու վերաբերյալ, բացահայտ սուտ է, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում: Իր հերթին Մխիթար Պապոյանն էլ հայտարարել է, թե «նշված հրապարակումն ամբողջությամբ սուտ է, բացարձակապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը և պարունակում է հանցագործության մասին տեղեկություններ, հետևաբար՝ համապատասխան մարմիններին խնդրում եմ իմ այս հրապարակումն ընդունել որպես հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով պատշաճ իրավական գնահատական տալ Արտակ Գալստյանի և այդ կեղծ տեղեկությունը վերջինին հաղորդած անձի արարքներին»: Իսկ ո՞վ է Արտակ Գալստյանը:
Պարզվում է, որ խոսքը, այսպես ասած, «Վանոյի Արտակի» մասին է, ով անցել ու անցնում է մի շարք քրեական գործերով: Խոսքը, մասնավորաբար, ըստ datalex-ից ստացված տվյալների, խոշոր չափերով խարդախության փորձի, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալու նախապատրաստության, ինչպես նաև շինծու գործարքի վերաբերյալ քրգործերի մասին է: Ավելին, դեռևս 2016 թվականին ՀՔԾ-ն հայտարարել էր, թե «հիմնավորվել է, որ Ա.Գալստյանը 2008 թվականի ընթացքում որպես արհեստ կատարել է վաշխառություն»: Խոսքը վաշխառության 7 դրվագների մասին է, սակայն քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնելու մասին որոշում է կայացվել՝ վաղեմության ժամկետն անցած լինելու հիմնավորմամբ: Սակայն Գալստյանի հետ առնչվող արարքների ցուցակն այսքանով չի ավարտվում: ՀՔԾ-ն նաև հայտարարել է, որ «ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում կատարված նախաքննությամբ բացահայտվել են նաև Արտակ Գալստյանի հետ առնչություն ունեցող մի շարք անձանց կողմից վաշխառություն և խարդախություն կատարելու նոր դեպքեր, որոնց առթիվ հարուցվել են նոր քրեական գործեր և ուղարկվել ըստ քննչական ենթակայության»:
