ԱԺ խորհուրդը հավանություն չի տվել արտահերթ նիստ անցկացնելու ԼՀԿ-ի նախաձեռնությանը

ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի խորհուրդը հավանություն չի տվել «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության` արտահերթ նիստ անցկացնելու նախաձեռնությանը, որում առաջարկվում էր քննարկել քաղաքացիների կողմից դատարանների շենքերի ելքերն ու մուտքերը փակելու հետևանքով երկրում ստեղծված իրադրությունը և դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումների անցկացման հնարավորությունը: Մայիսի 22-ին այս մասին խորհրդի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:
«Արտահերթ նիստ չի գումարվի: Նիստն անցկացնելու համար ստորագրությունները բավարար էին, ԱԺ խորհուրդը պետք է բավարարեր, սակայն քվեարկությամբ մերժեց: Տարբեր ելույթներ, քննարկումներ եղան, մենք քվեարկեցինք կողմ, իրենք՝ (խմբ.՝ «Իմ քայլը») դեմ»,-ասաց Մարուքյանը:
Մարուքյանի խոսքով՝ իրենք հայտարարության տեքստ ևս ունեին: Նիստին պատգամավորներն ասել են, որ պետք չէ հարցին անդրադառնալ, նորից քննարկել:
Խմբակցության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ նիստի արդյունքում ուզում էին քննարկել դատարանի ելքերն ու մուտքերը փակելու ակցիան, նաև վարչապետի՝ դատական համակարգի համար առաջարկած բարեփոխումները:
«Վեթթինգի առաջարկը մերն է եղել, շատ բաների կողմ էինք: Եվ ուզում էինք նիստում խորհրդարանի կողմից կառավարությանն ուղղված հայտարարություն ընդունել, որ դատաիրավական համակարգի ցանկացած ձեռնարկ իրականացվի Սահմանադրության, միջազգային պարտավորությունների հարգման շրջանակներում»,-նշեց Մարուքյանը:
Մայիսի 20-ին ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը նիստում որոշում էր կայացրել հրավիրել Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ, ինչի համար նախաձեռնել էր ստորագրահավաք։ ԼՀ խմբակցությունը առաջարկում էր արտահերթ նիստին քննարկել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից տարածված հայտարարության հիման վրա քաղաքացիների կողմից դատարանների շենքերի ելքերն ու մուտքերը փակելու հետևանքով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ստեղծված իրադրությունը և դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումների իրականացման հնարավորությունը: Մայիսի 21-ին խմբակցությունից հայտնել էին, որ նախաձեռնությանը միացել են նաև «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության 18 պատգամավորներ, արդյունքում հավաքվել էին անհրաժեշտ քանակով ստորագրություններ:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին կոչ էր արել մայիսի 20-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 08:30-ից արգելափակել Հանրապետության դատարանների մուտքերն ու ելքերը: Այնուհետև կայացած խորհրդակցությանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկնաբանել էր մայիսի 20-ի վաղ առավոտից Հայաստանի բոլոր դատարանների մուտքերն արգելափակելու իր կոչի խորհուրդն ու նպատակը: Ավելի ուշ «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր ուղիղ եթերում վարչապետը հորդորել էր վերացնել բոլոր դատարանների արգելափակումը:
