Մեկնարկել է ՀՅԴ հրավիրած հանրահավաքը (ուղիղ)

Երեւանի ազատության հրապարակում մեկնարկել է ՀՅ Դաշնակցության նախաձեռնած հանրահավաքը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՅԴ–ն հանրահավաք է հրավիրել ներկայացնելու առկա իրավիճակից դուրս գալու ելքերի վերաբերյալ իրենց մոտեցումներն ու տեսակետները։
ՀՅԴ Գերագույն մարմնի տարածած հայտարարությունում նշվում է. «Վերջին օրերին երկրում ընթացող զարգացումները եւ, հատկապես, դատաիրավական համակարգի վերաբերյալ վարչապետ Ն. Փաշինյանի մոտեցումները կրկին մեր հանրային-պետական կյանքի ալեկոծման պատճառ են դարձել։ Այս կապակցությամբ հարկ ենք համարում կատարել հետեւյալ արձանագրումները.
- Տարբեր հարցերի վերաբերյալ իշխանությունների չկշռադատված, խնդրահարույց եւ տարակուսանքի տեղիք տվող որոշումները, այլակարծության ագրեսիվ մերժումը թշնամանքի եւ անհանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտ են ստեղծում, ինչը ջլատում է մեր ժողովրդի հավաքական ներուժը։
- Քաղաքական, հանրային դաշտում դավադիրներ եւ դավաճաններ փնտրելու մտասեւեռումը հարվածի տակ է դնում մեր ազգային անվտանգությունը, համերաշխությունը, Հայաստան-Արցախ միասնությունն ու մեր պաշտպանական համակարգը։
- Վերջին մեկ տարում երկրի քաղաքական իշխանությունն ուներ բավարար լեգիտիմություն, իսկ 2018թ. ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններից հետո լիակատար հնարավորություն հանրային կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում` դատաիրավական համակարգում (դատարաններ, դատախազություն, քննչական մարմիններ, ոստիկանություն) սկսելու բոլորիս կողմից այդքան սպասվող բովանդակային եւ խորքային փոփոխությունները։
- Ըստ էության չիրացնելով գործող Սահմանադրությամբ եւ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ վարչապետին վերապահված լայն լիազորություններն ու պարտականությունները՝ Փաշինյանը որդեգրել է ժողովրդի գործոնը շահարկող մարտավարություն։
- Դեռեւս մեխանիզմներով եւ բովանդակությամբ անորոշ անցումային արդարադատության նպատակների համար դատական իշխանության կազմաքանդումը վտանգում է մեր երկրի արդարադատության համակարգը։
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Հ.Յ. Դաշնակցությունը իրավիճակը գնահատում է տագնապեցնող. սխալ ճանապարհով ճիշտ հանգրվանի չենք հասնի։
Ստեղծված իրավիճակի եւ հետեւանքների ամբողջ պատասխանատվության հասցեատերը առաջին հերթին իշխանություններն են։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի դիտորդի կարգավիճակով փաստելու, թե ինչպես է մաշվում ու հյուծվում պետությունը, թե ինչպես է ոչ խոհեմ գործելաոճն ու քաղաքական վարքագիծը սասանում մեր պետականության հիմքերը։
Համախմբվելու եւ այս անհեռանկար ընթացքը կասեցնելու ժամանակն է։
Դաշնակցությունը նախաձեռնում է բոլոր կողմերի հետ քննարկել իրավիճակը լիցքաթափելու, պետականաշինության գործընթացը բնականոն հուն տեղափոխելու, ժողովրդի ակնկալած բարեփոխումներն իրականություն դարձնելու ուղիները»։
