Կառավարությունը հաստատեց զինծառայողների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման որոշումը

Կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստում հաստատեց զինծառայողների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման որոշումը։ Պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ասաց, որ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի հիման վրա զինծառայողների վարձատրության չափերը բարձրացնելու նպատակով նաև հավելում է նախատեսվում պաշտոնական պարտականությունների ապահովման համար։

Զինծառայողների դրամական ապահովվածության չափերը բարձրանում են միջինը 10 տոկոսով։ Նաև հավելումների համահավասարեցում է սպասվում բարձրագույն սպայական կազմի և կրտսեր ենթասպայական և շարքային կազմի միջև։

«Մոտավորապես ստանալու են հավասարաչափ հավելումներ և Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետը, և պայմանագրային շարքային զինծառայողը։ Խնդրում եմ ընդունել այսքան սպասված որոշման նախագիծը»,-ասաց Դավիթ Տոնոյանը։

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ խոսքն այն մասին է, որ հուլիսի մեկից պետք է բարձրանան զինվորականների աշխատավարձերը։ «Եվ հիմա ուղղակի այս կարգավորումներով լուծում ենք խնդիր, որ կրտսեր կազմի զինծառայողների և հատուկ պայմաններում ծառայություն իրականացնող զինծառայողների համար այդ աշխատավարձի կամ դրամական բավարարաման մակարդակը շատ ավելի բարձր կլինի, քան հայտարարվել է։ Այսինքն՝ մենք ասել ենք, որ 10 տոկոսով կբարձրանա, բայց կրտսեր կազմի և հատուկ պայմաններում ծառայություն իրականացնող զինծառայողների աշխատավարձը կբարձրանա մինչև 20 տոկոսով»,- ասաց նա։

«Պարոն վարչապետ, այն զինծառայողները, որոնք առանձնահատուկ պայմաններով են իրականացնում իրենց ծառայությունը, հավելավճար են ստանալու նաև։ Այսինքն՝ բավական մեծ է լինելու տոկոսը»,- ասաց Դավիթ Տոնոյանը։

Վարչապետը նշեց, որ այսինքն՝ ստացվում է, որ կրտսեր կազմի և հատուկ պայմաններով ծառայություն իրականացնողների աշխատավարձը շատ ավելի է բարձրանում, քան բարձրագույն սպայական կազմի և ԶՈւ ղեկավարության։

Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ասաց, որ տոկոսային առումով աննախադեպ է միանգամից այսքան բարձրացումը։

«Ինչպես ասել ենք մեր կառավարության ձևավորման առաջին օրերից այս հարցը լինելու է մեր մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում»,- հավելեց վարչապետը։
