Մեկ տարի ստուգումներ են իրականացրել Ազգային արխիվում եւ որևէ չարաշահում չեն հայտնաբերել. Ամատունի Վիրաբյան
POLITICSՔննչական մարմինները մեկ տարի շարունակ աշխատել են արխիվում, սակայն որևէ չարաշահում չեն հայտնաբերել և ըստ այդմ էլ՝ գործը կարճել են։ Զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի տնօրեն Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այն քրեական գործի կարճմանը, որ հարուցվել էր ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի դիմումով։
Ինչ վերաբերում է դժգոհություններին, որ ոմանց մուտքը Ազգային արխիվ կամայականորեն արգելվում է, Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը նշեց, որ իր հրաժարականը պահանջող նամակի տակ ստորագրել է 37 հոգի, որից միայն երեքն է արխիվ մտել, իսկ այժմ երկու հոգի շարունակում են օգտվել արխիվից, և որևէ խոչընդոտ չկա։
«Մի հոգի եղել է, որին չեմ թույլատրել օգտվել արխիվից։ Նրան ժամանակին տվել ենք մոտ 5000 թերթ փաստաթղթի պատճեն, նա տարել օգտագործել է ոչ այն նպատակով, ինչի համար մենք նրան տրամադրել ենք։ Նա այդ փաստաթղթերը փորձել է օգտագործել առևտրային նպատակով և մենք նրան արգելել ենք արխիվից օգտվել։ Կարծեմ անունը Մայքլ Բաբայան էր»,– ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ արխիվից փաստաթղթերը վերցնում են որոշակի նպատակով, իսկ նա կայք էր բացել և գումարով ծառայություններ էր առաջարկում։
«Նա փաստաթղթեր էր վերցրել, որ աշխատություն գրեր։ Ես էլ արգելեցի արխիվից օգտվել։ Իմ 20րամյա գործունեության ընթացքում ուրիշ ոչ ոք չի եղել, որին արգելեմ օգտվել արխիվից»,– ասաց Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը։
«Մոդուս Վիվենդի» կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արա Պապյանին, որ նույնպես ստորագրել էր այդ նամակի տակ, Ամատունի Վիրաբյանն ասաց՝ ճանաչում է, սակայն չի հասկանում, թե ինչից է դժգոհ, քանի որ նա երբեք Արխիվ չի մտել։
Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը նշեց, որ չի կարողանում հասկանալ իր հրաժարականը պահանջող և չարաշահումների շուրջ բարձարացրած աղմուկի պատճառները, ենթադրում է, որ որևէ մեկը ցանկանում էր դառնալ Արխիվի տնօրեն և այդ նպատակներին հասնելու համար աղմուկ բարձրացրեց։
«Ինձ մնում է աշխատել մեկ տարի ու մի քանի ամիս, որից հետո իմ պայմանագրի ժամկետը կլրանա»,– ասաց Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ իր պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը լրանալու է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը 2018 թվականի հունիսին դիմել էր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին և նշել, որ բողոքներ է ստացել Ազգային արխիվում չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ եւ որ, Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը որոշ մարդկանց չի թույլատրում օգտվել արխիվից:
Բացի դրանից, 37 հոգի բաց նամակ էին հղել Սուրեն Պապիկյանին՝ պահանջելով Ամատունի Վիարբյանի հրաժարականը:
Նշենք, որ Դատախազությունը կարճել է Ազգային արխիվի տնօրեն Ամատունի Վիրաբյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործը՝ հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառով։
