10 տարօրինակ ու վախեցնող օրենքներ, որ գործել են Հին Հռոմում
LIFEԻր ծաղկման ժամանակաշրջանում Հռոմեական կայսրությունն աշխարհում հզորագույնն էր համարվում: Եվ պատահական չէ, որ հռոմեական իրավունքը հետագայում դարձավ ժամանակակից իրավագիտության հիմքը: Անգամ այսօր այն պարտավոր են իմանալ բոլորը՝ իրավաբանները, փաստաբանները, դատախազները, դատավորները, և նրանք, ովքեր գործ ունեն օրենքի ու իրավունքի հետ: Սակայն Հին Հռոմում գոյություն ունեին այնպիսի օրենքներ, որոնք այսօր ոչ միայն դաժան են համարվում, այլև իրական բարբարոսություն:
Արգելված էր մանուշակագույն հագուստ կրել
Հռոմի քաղաքացիների հիմնական հագուտը տոգան էր, որն իրենից ներկայացնում էր բրդե գործվածքից թիկնոց, որը փաթաթվում էր ողջ մարմնին: Տոգաները, որպես կանոն, սպիտակ էին լինում, և հաճախ մանուշակագույն կամ ոսկեգույն գծեր էին ունենում: Սգավորները սև կամ մոխրագույն տոգաներ էին կրում: Որևէ խիստ կանոն տոգայի գույնի ընտրության հարցում Հռոմում չէր գործում, բացի մեկից. մանուշակագույն տոգա իրավունք ուներ կրելու միայն կայսրը: Եվ այս սահմանափակումը ելնում էր միայն պրագմատիկ նկատառումներից: Բանն այն է, որ այդ ժամանակ մանուշակագույն ներկը չափազանց թանկ արժեք ուներ: Այն պատրաստում էին միայն Փյունիկիայում ու Հռոմ էին բերում կայսրի հատուկ հրամանով: Մեկ տոգան ներկելու համար բավարար ներկանյութ պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ էր սպանել շուրջ 10 հազար կակղամորթ: Հետևաբար, կարելի է ասել, որ մանուշակագույնը բառի բուն իմաստով ոսկու գին ուներ:
Արգելված էր մեծ խնջույքներ անցկացնել
Հին Հռոմում տարածված էին այնպիսի օրենքներ, որոնք դեմ էին ավելորդ շքեղություններին հագուստում, սննդում ու այլ բոլոր ոլորտներում: Այդպիսին էր Գայոսի օրենքեներից մեկը, որը վերագրվում է մ.թ.ա. 181 թ.-ին, և որը սահմանափակում էր խնջույքների համար տրամադրվող եկամուտների չափը: Ավելի ուշ ընդունվեց այդ օրենքի առավել խիստ տարբերակը, որը արգելում էր սեփական տանը հյուրասիրություն կազմակերպել ավելի քան 3 հյուրի համար, իսկ շուկայի օրերին՝ ավելի քան 5 հյուրերի. այդպիսի օրերը ամսվա ընթացքում 3-ն էին: Ուտելիքի համար տրամադրված գումարը չպետք է գերազանցեր 2,5 դրահման. ապխտած մասի համար տարեկան թույլատրվում էր ծախսել ոչ ավելի, քան 15 տաղանդ:
Թաղումների ժամանակ արգելված էր լաց լինել
Հին Հռոմում թաղումները հետաքրքիր կերպով էին անցկացվում: Հանգուցյալի մարմինը, հատկապես եթե նա հայտնի ու հարուստ մարդ էր, որպես կանոն ուղեկցում էր մունետիկը: Մարմինը հողին հանձնելուց կամ այրելուց առաջ հանգուցյալի մարմինը շրջում էին քաղաքում: Թաղման արարողության սկզբում նվագում էին երաժիշտները, ավելի ուշ հայտնվում էին լացողները, այնուհետև հանգուցյալին գովերգողներն ու դերասանները, որոնք հանգուցյալի կյանքից դրվագներ էին բեմադրում: Ինչքան հայտնի ու հարգված էր եղել հանգուցյալը կյանքում, այնքան շատ լացողներ էին ներգարվվում թաղման ընթացքում: Ամբողջապես օտար կանայք, որոնք անգամ ծանոթ չէին հանգուցյալին, պոկում էին սեփական վարսերը: Վերջիվերջո բանը հասավ նրան, որ թաղումների ժամանակ լացելն ուղղակիորեն արգելվեց, որպեսզի մարդիկ նման դերասանների այլևս չվարձեն:
