ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով կատարված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են 23-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության, ինչպես նաեւ 26-ամյա երկու երիտասարդների նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները:

 

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը կալանավորվել է:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ երիտասարդները մարմնական վնասվածքները ստացել են Երեւան քաղաքի Լեփսիուսի փողոցում, պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1996թ.:

 

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 2019թ. ապրիլի 26-ին 23-ամյա երիտասարդը ներգրավվել էր որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը, եւ հայտարարվել հետախուզում:

 

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում մայիսի 23-ին վերջինս հայտնաբերվել է: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումը վերահաստատվել է դատարանի կողմից:

 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, միջադեպին հնարավոր առնչություն ունեցած այլ անձանց հայտնաբերելու եւ նրանց գործողություններին համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։

 

Նշենք, որ սպանվածը Արարատ-2-ի դարպասապահ Մուշեղ Ղեւոնդյանն է:
