POLITICSՀայաստանի և Արցախի միջև լարվածության մասին քննարկումներն արհեստական են: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի ղեկավար Թևան Պողոսյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ որևէ մեկը չկա, որ չուզենա տեսնել հզոր Արցախ, հզոր Հայաստան: «Մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ մեկ հայրենիք ենք, ու մեկ հայրենիքում ձևավորված երկու միավորները ձգտում են միանալ, միասնության օրակարգը որևէ մեկը չի հանել: Որ չվստահեցինք, ո՞ւմ ջրաղացին ենք ջուր լցնելու: Այդ ո՞նց է ստացվում, որ այստեղից մեկնում ենք Արցախ, ընդդիմություն-իշխանություն տարաձայնությունները վերանում են, գալիս ենք, նորից հիշում ենք: Երկուսն էլ պետք է հզորանան, չպետք է մտածենք, որ պառակտենք իրար, անձնական դաշտից խնդիրները պետք է դուրս գան»,- նշեց Թևան Պողոսյանը:
«Քարով գլուխ են ջարդում կամ չգիտեն՝ ինչ են անում... Սրանով ինչի՞ն են նպաստում: Եթե ուզում են հզոր Հայաստան տեսնել, սրանով դու դա չես անում, հզորությանը չես նպաստում, պառակտում ես: Եթե հզորության նպաստելու մասին եք մտածում, այդ ի՞նչ բառապաշարով եք խոսում»,- ասաց Թ. Պողոսյանը:
Խոսելով անցումային արդարադատության շուրջ հնչող կարծիքների մասին, որ սա կարող է վերածվել «ցնցումային արդարադատության» կամ «անցումային հաշվեհարդարի»՝ Թևան Պողոսյանն ասաց. «Պետք է լինի մի գործընթաց, որ բոլորս միասին մասնակցենք, հասկանանք, որ մոդելը հայկական պրիզմայով է անցել: Իսկ դրա համար կա հայեցակարգի մշակման փուլ, որ հասնենք քաղաքական կոնսենսուսի, որի հիման վրա մշակվում է ռազմավարություն, բոլորս գալիս, հասնում ենք նրան, որ այս ժամանակահատվածում այս պատասխանատուներով անելու ենք այնպիսի գործողություններ, որ լինելու է մշտադիտարկման հետադարձ կապ»:
Պողոսյանն ուրախ է, որ մարդիկ տարբեր կարծիքներ են արտահայտում, որ պատասխանատու ինստիտուտները միշտ հիշեն, որ կան վախեր:
«Եթե մեկ-երկու տարի հետո չենք կարողանալու հայտարարել, որ ունենք ավելի վստահելի, անաչառ դատական համակարգ, ո՞րն է լինելու անցումային արդարադատության իմաստը: Անցումային արդարադատությունն ամեն իշխանափոխության հետ գալու է: Արդյո՞ք սա է մեր երազած Հայաստանը, եթե ոչ, ապա ամեն ինչ պետք է կազմակերպենք ճիշտ, ձեռնարկենք ճիշտ քայլեր, որ դատական արդար համակարգ ձևավորենք»,- շեշտեց Թևան Պողոսյանը:
