VIDEOԵթե ինձ առաջարկեն ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող ԱԺ ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովում լինել, ես կհամաձայնեմ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 28-ին Սարդարապատի հուշահամալիրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է, որ այդ դեպքերի ժամանակ կային շատ հարցեր. «Ես հիմա չեմ ուզում եթերով բանակին եւ պաշտպանությանը վերաբերող տարբեր բաներ ասել, բայց կային որոշ մտահոգություններ, որոնց հետ կապված մենք պետք է ստուգենք ու ճշտենք ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Հայաստանում երբեւիցե նախադեպ չլինի, որը եղավ: Օրինակ, նախկին վարչապետներից մեկը հայտարարեց, որ տանկի մեջ վառելիք չկար, ու դա անհետեւանք մնաց: Պետք է դա անհետեւանք չմնա, որ երբեւիցե որեւէ մեկի մոտ կասկած չլինի, որ ամեն ինչ արվել է ՊՆ-ի կողմից, մեր պետության կողմից, որ մեր զինվորներն ամեն ինչով ապահովված լինեն»:
Դիտարկմանը, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ հարյուրավոր էջեր է կարդացել ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասին, ինչո՞ւ հենց հիմա որոշվեց այդ հանձնաժողովը ստեղծել, Ալեն Սիմոնյանը պատասխանեց. «Հիմա այն փուլն է, որ ԱԺ-ն լիակատար սկսել է գործել, այսինքն ձեւավորված են բոլոր հանձնաժողովները, բոլոր պատկան մարմինները, որոնք կարող են զբաղվել: Կապել դա քաղաքականի հետ ճիշտ չի լինի, որովհետեւ մեզ մոտ մշտապես քաղաքական գործընթացներն ակտիվ են լինելու»:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը հավելեց, որ չգիտեմ՝ ովքեր են լինելու հանձնաժողովի անդամները. «Կարծում եմ՝ կմասնակցեն պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի անդամները, իսկ կազմի հետ կապված որեւէ բան չեմ կարող ավելացնել»:
Դիտարկմանը, որ ՀՅԴ անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը հարց էր բարձրացրել, թե բանակում չծառայածնե՞րը պետք է քննեն ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքները, Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ասաց. «Բանակում չծառայած լինելը պետք է մի քիչ քիչ օգտագործել, որովհետեւ մենք ունենք տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ, որոնք մեր կառույցներում աշխատում են: Ես բանակում ծառայել եմ, չգիտեմ՝ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը ծառայել է, թե ոչ: Դա պետք է ստուգել: Եթե ինձ առաջարկեն այդ հանձնաժողովում լինել, ես կհամաձայնեմ»:
