Սաակաշվիլին պատրաստ է միջնորդ լինել Դավիթ Գարեջի վանքի շուրջ Թբիլիսիի եւ Բաքվի բանակցություններում
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՎրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլին պատրաստ է միջնորդ դառնալ Վրաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ բանակցություններում Դավիթ Գարեջի վանքի տարածքային պատկանելության հարցում։
«Ես պատրաստ եմ անգամ այս կառավարության պայմաններում միանալ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցությունների գործընթացին»,- ասել է Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլին Facebook-ում, տեղեկացնում է Minval.az-ը։
Սաակաշվիլու խոսքով՝ պետք է իրականացնել հիմնարար բանակցություններ, եւ երկու կողմերը պետք է հաշվի առնեն միմյանց շահերը։ «Դավիթ Գարեջիի հարցը եւ մնացած մյուս բոլոր հարցերը շատ արագ կկարգավորվեն նորմալ իշխանության պարագայում։ Հիմա միակ ելքը արագ բանակցություններն են։ Ես պատրաստ եմ միանալ այդ բանակցություններին, անգամ այս կառավարության օրոք եմ պատրաստ։ Հասկանալի է՝ ես իմ կապերն ունեմ Ադրբեջանում։ Չնայած Իվանիշվիլու կառավարությունում սովորական «պատեհապաշտներ» էին, ես պատրաստ եմ լինել սովորական միջնորդ, մասնակից Դավիթ Գարեջիի հարցում եւ լուծել այդ հարցը, անգամ պաշտոն չունենալով։ Սրանք ոչինչ չեն լուծի։ Այստեղ պետք է տեղի ունենան հիմնարար բանակցություններ, երկու կողմերը պետք է հաշվի առնեն միմյանց շահերը, քանի որ վերջնարդյունքում դրանք հարաբերություններ են մարդկանց միջեւ, որոնք չպետք է տուժեն։ Իվանիշվիլիները գալիս են ու անպայման գնալու են, իսկ վրացի եւ ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդները մնալու են։ Նրանք եղբայրական ժողովուրդներ են, եւ նրանք քանիցս հաստատել են դա նորագույն պատմության ընթացքում»,- Սաակաշվիլուն մեջբերում է Գրուզիա online-ը։
Facebook-ում Սաակաշվիլին «լայվով» խոսել է Ադրբեջանի եւ Վրաստանի հարաբերությունների մասին իշխանափոխությունից հետո եւ նշել, որ Ուչա Մամացաշվիլին եւ Իվանիշվիլին ամեն ինչի համար «օտկատ» են պահանջում ադրբեջանցիներից։ «Վրաստանում ոչ ֆորմալ կառավարող է, որը ձգտում է ոտքերը սրբել իր ժողովրդի վրա, եւ դա նրան հաճախ հաջողվում է։ Երբ դու կառավարություն ունես, որը չի հարգում սեփական ժողովրդին, ինչպե՞ս կարող ես պահանջել ուրիշներից, որ քեզ հարգեն։ Սա՝ մեկ։ Երկրորդ՝ մեր հարեւանները շատ առանձնահատուկ երկիր են։ Երբ ես Վրաստանի նախագահն էի, մենք Արդբեջանի հետ եղբայրական, մոտ, փոխադարծ համագործակցություն ունեինք։ Գիտե՞ք ինչու։ Մենք երբեք մեր գրպանի համար ոչինչ չենք խնդրել, եւ ամեն ինչ խնդրել ենք մեր ժողովրդի համար։ Նրանք չեն հարգում Իվանիշվիլուն, բանի տեղ չեն դնում Վրաստանի կառավարությանը, քանի որ ինքը՝ Իվանիշվիլին, բանի տեղ չի դնում Վրաստանի ինստիտուտները։ Նա լրիվ անօրինական նախագահ է անվանել մարդու, որը ոչ մեկն է, բոլորը գիտեն ով է նա՝ «տիկին թյուրիմացություն»։ Վրաստանը վարչապետ ունի, որը միլիոն դոլար շահույթի համար Վրաստանի ԵՈւ-ն հասցրեց 300 մլն վնասի, իսկ ադրբեջանցիները դա շատ լավ գիտեն, քանի որ նրանք հարաբերություններ ունեն երկաթուղու հետ, եւ նրանք փող են վճարում։ Եվ որ գլխավորն է՝ Ուչա Մամացաշվիլին եւ Իվանիշվիլին իրենք են ամեն ինչ համար փող պահանջում ադրբեջանցիներից, ամեն ինչի համար պահանջում են այսպես կոչված «օտկատներ», ես դա գիտեմ ոչ լուրերի մակարդակով, ես հստակ գիտեմ, եւ լավ տեղեկացված աղբյուրներից։ Երբ հարեւանիցդ գրպանիդ համար փող ես պահանջում, այդ հարեւանը ամեն բան կանի, ինչ ուզենա, եւ բանի տեղ չի դնի քո շահերը»,- ասել է Սաակաշվիլին։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացվել էր, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը արագ տեմպերով դեպի վանք ճանապարհ է կառուցում։
