NEWS.am-ը վերջերս գրել էր Իսակովի պողոտայում կատարվող ճանապարհային աշխատանքների մասին։

Անցել է տասն օր, տեղամասը վերջապես ասֆալտապատել են։ Բայց հիմա աշխատանքները շարունակվում են պողոտայի այլ հատվածում։

Շրջանցելու նշան (ոչ թե շինաշխատանքների կատարման) հայտնաբերվեց հենց աշխատողների անմիջական հարեւանությամբ, մոտ 200 մետր «խոչընդոտների գծի» սկսվելուց հեռու։ Աշխառողներն ընդամենը երկուսն էին։ Հարցին, թե որ կազմակերպությունն է կատարում շինաշխատանքները, հետեւեց պատասխանը. «Ոնց որ Շինպլյուսը»։ Ոնց որ... Աշխատողն ինքն էլ վստահ չէր որտեղ է աշխատում։ Էլ ի՞նչ վստահություն կարող է լինել աշխատանքների որակի մասին։

Այնինչ, ցանկացած երկրում, որը հավակնում է քաղաքակիրթ լինելու, ճանապարհային աշխատանքները կատարվում են հարվածային տեմպերով, պահպանելով անվտանգության կանոնները ճանապարհային երթեւեկության մասնակիցների եւ հենց աշխատողների համար, գերազանցապես ամենաքիչ ծանրաբեռնված ժամերին, իսկ վերը նկարագրված իրավիճակը կդառնար քաղաքային իշխանություններից մի երկու չինովնիկի հրաժարականի պատճառ։ Հայաստանի հպարտ քաղաքացիները հաղթահարում են խոչընդոտների գիծը եւ կամաց հայհոյում բոլորին ու ամեն ինչ՝ նախընտրելով փչացնել մեքենաները, բայց կապ չունենալ չինովնիկների հետ։
