Մաքրեք սխտորի մի պճեղը և կերեք ուտելուց 15 րեպե  առաջ, կարևոր է սոված փորին , քանի որ լիքը ստամքսի դեպքում ձեր օրգանիզմի համար դժվար կլինի քաշել նրա բոլոր օգտակար բաղադրիչները։ Ձեր առօրյա սննդակարգում սխտորի օգտագործման տարատեսակ ձևերից մեկը ,այն մեղրի հետ խառնելն է.
