«Իմ տղու գլուխը իր հրամանատար Գուգոն ա կերել». ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքի մոտ սպանված ոստիկանի հայրը ցուցմունք տվեց

ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման 13-րդ օրը սպանված Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի հայրը՝ Վահրամ Տեփանոսյանը պնդում է, որ որդին սպանվել է ոչ թե «Սասնա ծռերի», այլ ոստիկանների արձակած կրակոցից։

Տեփանոսյանն այսօր՝ մայիսի 29–ին հրավիրվել էր ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման գործով նիստին, որպես վկա հարցաքննվելու։

Նա պատմեց, որ դեպքի օրը՝ 2016 թ. հուլիսի 30-ին իրեն է զնգահարել հարսը, որը խուճապի մեջ է եղել եւ հայտնել, որ ամուսնուն՝ Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի վրա կրակել են: «Մեքենայով գնացինք դեպքի վայր, Պավլիկին, նրա  տղոուն, «Սասնա ծռերին» տվել եմ ամենավերջին հայհոյանքները: Մի լավ ոստիկան՝ ավագ լեյտենանտ էր թե կապիտան, մոտեցավ ասաց հարգալիս մի հայհոյի՝ քո տղուն իրենք չեն խփել, ասեցի ոնց թե, ասաց Սերժի հրամանն են կատարել, ասացի ոնց թե Սերժն այստեղ ինչ կապ ունի, ասեցի ուր ա տեղես ուզում եմ տղուս տեսնեմ, ասաց տղադ կողքից վիրավոր ա, տարել են հիվանդանոց: Գնացի հիվանդանոց էնտեղ ասացին, որ ոստիկանները էրեխուդ գլուխը կերան»,–պատմեց նա։

Այնուհետեւ վկան պատմեց որդու հոգեհանգստի արարողության մասին։

«Հոգեհանգստի ժամանակ բերել էին կամերաներ էին շարել, որ Գասպարյան ՎոՎան պիտի գար իրա շքախմբով, Վիտալի Բալասանյանը պիտի գար... Վռոդի ցարի բոգերն են: Թաղման օրն էլ մեր տուն եկավ նաեւ Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը՝ տղուս հրամանատարը, հարսս ասաց՝ էս էիր ուզու՞մ, մարդուս գլուխը կերար, հանգստացա՞ր, ուզածդ էս էր: Երանոսյան գեներալն էր ընդեղ՝ ասաց էս ի՞նչ էս արել էս օջախում, որ կինը տենց վրդովված է: Ես դուրս եկա, հետո ավելի ուշ դուրս եկավ Երանոսյան Լեւոնը ու սկսեց Գուգոյին հահոյել՝ ասեց խի սենց տղուն էլ էս ժերտվա տալի՞ս: Դե եթե Գուգոյի մատը խառը չէր թող ասեր «Սասնա ծռերը» խփել են իմ վրա խի ես ջարդում»,–հայտարարեց նա։

Վահրամ Տեփանոսյանը հայտարարեց, որ իր որդու ուղղությամբ երկու կրակոց է արձակվել, մոտ տարածությունից ՝ «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից։

Մեղադրող դատախազ Պետրոս Պետրոսյանը վկայից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ի՞նչ հիմնավորում ունի՝ պնդելու, որ որդուն մոտիկից են կրակել։

«Որսորդներ կան, փորձագետներ, որոնք ասում են»,–ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ իրավապահները պետք է սրան–նրան տանեն ԿԳԲ–ի պադվալ եւ այդ հարցը պարզեն։

Վկան այդպես էլ չհաստակեցերց, թե ովքեր են այն անծանոթները, որոնք պատմել են, որ որդուն սպանել են ոստիկանները։

«Սերժին պետք էր զոհ, կանչեց Վովային, Գուգեն էլ, որպես վատ ոստիկանի տղուս էր ասել»,–ասաց։ Մարդ կա՝ ասաց,  Գուգոն ասել ա, իմ տղերքից ում ուզում եք խփեք, Գուգոն շեշտել ա, որ բոլորին խփեք, իմ տղու գլուխը Գուգոն ա կերել»,–հայտարարեց նա՝ նկատի ունենալով Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի անմիջական հրամանատար Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանին։

Մեղադրող դատախազներից Արամ Արամյանը հայտարարեց, որ վկան չի տիարապետում գործի փաստական տվյալներին.

«Ձեզ մի անձ է իրավաբանական օգնություն ցույց տալիս (խմբ–նկատի ունի փաստաբան Արայիկ Պապիկյանին), որը քաջ տիրապետում է քրեական գործի նյութերին, Ձեզ ինչ–որ մեկը փորձե՞լ է կեղծ տվյալներ տրամադրելով մոլորության մեջ գցել»,–հարցրեց դատախազը։

«Ես իմ սեփական խելքը ունեմ»,–պատասխանեց Յուրի Տեփանոսյանը։

Նշենք, որ Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի այրին՝ Արփինե Թումասյանը պնդում է, որ իր ամուսնուն սպանել են «Սասնա ծռերը»։ Թումասյանն այս գործով տուժողի իրավահաջորդն է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Յուրի Տեփանոսյանը սպանվել է ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման 13-րդ օրը՝ հուլիսի 30-ին՝ ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքիից դուրս՝ մեքենայի մեջ:  Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի սպանությունը կատարել է «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ Սմբատ Բարսեղյանը` պարեկապահակետային գնդի հրամանատարի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Վանոյանի աշխատասենյակից հափշտակած «ՍԿՍ» տեսակի ակոսափող որսորդական հրազենով, մի քանի հարյուր մետր հեռավորությունից:
