ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն որոնում է գողություն կատարած անձին
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու ավտոմեքենայի սրահից առերևույթ գողություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «2019 թ. մարտի 29-ին՝ ժամը 01:20-ից մինչև ժամը 01:40-նն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, անհայտ անձը, կոտրել է Երևան քաղաքի Բագրատունյաց պողոտայում կայանված ավտոմեքենայի կողային հատվածի ապակին`պատճառելով զգալի չափերով գույքային վնաս, այնուհետև մուտք գործել սրահ և այնտեղից գաղտնի հափշտակել պայուսակ, որի մեջ եղել է անձնագիր, 200.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, բջջային հեռախոս և այլ իրեր՝պատճառելով խոշոր չափերով գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2019թ. ապրիլի 3-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԵՔՎ Շենգավիթի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով, 185-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ուղարկվել ՀՀՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է անվտանգության տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունը, ենթարկվել զննության:
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
