Ինչո՞ւ ենք նորից ամեն ինչ կենտրոնացնում Երևանում
SOCIETYԵրեկ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը որոշում է ընդունել, ըստ որի, ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում կոնկրետ ընկերության կողմից ապրանքների ներմուծման դեպքում մաքսային և հարկային մարմինների կողմից հաշվարկված ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գումարների վճարման ժամկետը երեք տարի ժամկետով կհետաձգվի: Ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ընկերությունը նախատեսում է Երևանում կառուցել ընտանեկան ժամանցի և զվարճանքի այգի, որտեղ գործելու են եվրոպական արտադրության վերջին սերնդի կարուսելներ։ 1-ին փուլի գործարկումը նախատեսվում է 2019 թվականի 4-րդ եռամսյակում։ Ներդրումային ծրագրի իրագործման արդյունքում ընկերությունում երեք տարվա ընթացքում կստեղծվի 350 նոր աշխատատեղ` 200 հազար դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով
Անշուշտ, գովելի նախաձեռնություն է, իսկ բուն ներդրումային տեսակետից՝ նաև ճիշտ որոշում՝ հարկերի գանձման հետաձգման առումով: Բայց... Տարիներ շարունակ շեշտվում է, որ Երևանը դառնում է քաղաք-պետություն, որ ամեն ինչ կենտրոնացվում է Երևանում: Շատ ավելի արդարացված կլիներ նման նախաձեռնությունը, եթե բանակցություններ վարվեին ներդրողի հետ՝ այս այգին ոչ թե մայրաքաղաքում, այլ որևէ մարզում կառուցվեր: Հասկանալի է, որ առաջ կքաշվի բիզնես տեսանկյունից արդարացվածության հարցը: Սակայն հազիվ թե տարբերությունը շատ մեծ լիներ, որովհետև եթե մարզերից մարդիկ իրենց երեխաներին բերում են նույնիսկ «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգի, ապա Երևանից էլ կմեկնեն որևէ մարզ, եթե իսկապես գործելու են «եվրոպական արտադրության վերջին սերնդի կարուսելներ»: Սա թույլ կտա այդ մարզում ևս ակտիվություն ապահովել: Ի դեպ, ժամանակին խոսակցություն կար, որ մասնավորաբար Վանաձորի ավերված քիմգործարանի տարածքում գերժամանակակից ժամանցի գոտի է ստեղծվելու, սակայն խոսակցություններն այդպես էլ մնացին: Երևի թե իսկապես ժամանակն է նման ծրագրերը Երևանից տեղափոխել մարզեր, սկզբի համար գուցե սկսել Գյումրիից ու Վանաձորից...
