ՄԽ համանախագահները ներկայացրել են ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորման հստակ քայլերի առաջարկներ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները մայիսի 27-30 տարածաշրջան այցելությունից հետո հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ:
ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ կողմից տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Էնդրյու Շեֆերը (ԱՄՆ) և Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա), ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը մայիսի 27-30-ը տարածաշրջանային այց են իրականացրել, որի շրջանակում նրանք մայիսի 27-ին Երևանում հանդիպել են ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, իսկ մայիսի 30-ին Բաքվում՝ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ: Երկու մայրաքաղաքներում էլ նրանք հանդիպումներ են ունեցել նաև արտաքին գործերի ու պաշտպանության նախարարների հետ:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է նաև, որ մայիսի 28-ին ՄԽ համանախագահները հանդիպել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանությունների հետ: Բաքվում նրանք հանդիպել են նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանական համայնքի ղեկավարի հետ, իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացրել են իրավիճակը հումանիտար ոլորտում:
«Այցի հիմնական նպատակն էր գնահատել իրավիճակի զարգացումը շփման գծում և միջազգային սահմանին, ինչպես նաև հետևել մարտի 29-ին Վիեննայում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և Հայաստանի վարչապետի ու ապրիլի 15-ին Մոսկվայում նրանց արտգործնախարարների միջև տեղի ունեցած քննարկումներին:
Ինչպես և պահանջվել էր, համանախագահները կարգավորման գործընթացի համար հետագա հստակ քայլերի առաջարկներ են ներկայացրել, այդ թվում և հումանիտար ու անվտանգության միջոցների վերաբերյալ: Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներն ընդունել են համանախագահների առաջարկը՝ առաջիկայում հանդիպել նրանց հովանու ներքո, ինչի մասին մանրամասները կհայտարարեն համապատասխան ժամկետում:
Համանախագահները խորը մտահոգություն են հայտնել վերջին կորուստների առնչությամբ և կոչ են արել կողմերին ցուցաբերել առավելագույն զսպվածություն՝ խուսափելու էսկալացիայից»,- ասվում է հայտարարության տեքստում:
