Արման Թաթոյանն ընդունել է ԵԽ պատվիրակությանը
SOCIETYՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն այսօր՝ մայիսի 31-ին, ընդունել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների և իրավունքի գերակայության հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրինության գլխավոր տնօրեն Քրիստոս Ջակումոպուլոսի ղեկավարությամբ Հայաստան ժամանած ԵԽ բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակությանը, հայտնում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակից։
Պատվիրակության կազմում են Եվրոպայի խորհրդի առանցքային կառույցների ղեկավարները՝ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի քարտուղար Թոմաս Մարկերտը, ԳՐԵԿՈ-ի գործադիր քարտուղար Ջանլուկա Էսպոզիտոն, ԵԽ քարտուղարության Մարդու իրավունքների և իրավունքի գերակայության հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրինության Արդարադատության և իրավական համագործակցության դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Հաննե Յունկերը և Քաղաքական հարցերով տնօրինության խորհրդատու Մաքսիմ Լոնգանգը:
Հանդիպման ժամանակ կողմերը քննարկել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում դատաիրավական բարեփոխումներին, դատական իշխանության համակարգում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին առնչվող հարցեր։ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը տեղեկացրել է, որ այս հարցերը գտնվում են իր ամենօրյա ուշադրության ներքո։ Մասնավորապես, դատական համակարգում առկա են խնդիրներ՝ կապված դատարանների արտաքին ու ներքին անկախության, դատական համակարգի նկատմամբ քաղաքացիների վստահության պակասի հետ և այլն։
Բոլոր փոփոխությունները պետք է ուղղված լինեն դատարանների կողմից արդար դատաքննության, անձնական աջակցության և այլ իրավունքների արդյունավետ պաշտպանության ապահովմանը: Պաշտպանը նաև ընդգծել է, որ պատրաստակամ է իր իրավասության սահմաններում աջակցել Կառավարությանը և Խորհրդարանին կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում և դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների հարցերում հատկապես, երբ ոլորտում առկա են հրատապ լուծումներ պահանջող խնդիրներ։ Ուստի բոլոր այդ փոփոխությունները պետք է իրականացվեն հնարավորինս արագ:
ԵԽ բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակությունը կարևորել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի դերը երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում:
Պաշտպանը կարևորել է նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության դերն այս բոլոր գործընթացներում և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել խթանել նրանց մասնակցությունը:
Հանդիպմանը երկուստեք ընդգծվել է, որ դատական իշխանության համակարգի բարեփոխումները և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը պետք է իրականացվեն բացառապես Սահմանադրությանը և միջազգային իրավական չափանիշների ներքո։
Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել շարունակել համագործակցությունը երկրում մարդու իրավունքների ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ և Հայաստանի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններին համապատասխան։
