Սեւանի ափին ապօրինի սիգ են պահածոյացնում. «Սեւան» ազգային պարկի տնօրենին դա չի՞ հետաքրքրում

Արդեն 6 տարի է արգելված է  Սեւանա լճից արդյունագործական նպատակներով սիգի որսը, սակայն միեւնույն ժամանակ Հայաստանում վաճառվում է սիգ ձկան պահածո, նաեւ արտահանվում է։ Երեւանյան խանութներում վաճառվող պահածոներից մեկի վրա նշված է Գեղարքունիքի մարզ, գյուղ Ծովագյուղ։ Այս գյուղն անմիջապես գտնվում է  Սեւան ազգային պարկի տարածքում, սակայն այն, որ սիգի պահածոյացման գործարանը կամ արտադրամասը գտնվում է  Սեւանի ափին եւ արտադրում է ապօրինի որսած սիգի պահածո՝ Սեւան ազգային պարկի տնօրեն Վահե Գուլանյանին, թերեւս, չի հետաքրքրում։

«Թող համապատասխան կառույցները զբաղվեն դրանով»,- NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սեւան ազգային պարկի տնօրեն Վահե Գուլանյանը։

Ըստ Սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության տվյալների, այս տարի «Գալիլիա» ՍՊԸ–ն փետրվարի 26–ին եւ մարտի 5, համապատասխանաբար 15 214 եւ 942 կգ ձկան պահածո է արտահանել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն։

2018թ–ի հունիսի 8-ին արտահանել է 762 կգ ձկան  պահածո, իսկ ապրիլի 4–ին՝   3111,6 կգ։

Ի դեպ, «Գալիլիա» ՍՊԸ–ն պետռեգիստրում գրանցված է Հեղուշ Գալստյանի անվամբ։

Կենդանաբանության եւ հիդոէկոլոգիայի գիտական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Բարդուխ Գաբրիելյանը NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում  նշեց, որ տեղյակ է, որ սիգ են պահածոյացնում, հանդիպել է խանութներում։

Նա նաեւ տեղեկացրեց, որ բնապահպանության  նախարարությունը այս տարի պիլոտային ծրագիր է իրականացնում, որի ընթացքում կարող են 150 տոննա սիգ որսալ, թեեւ կենդանաբանության եւ հիդրոէկոլոգիայի կենտրոնը տեղեկացրել է նախարարությանը, որ արդյունագործական սիգի պաշարները պետք է հասնեն 1000 տոննայի որպեսզի որսան, սակայն նախարարությունն արդեն որոշել է։

«2018թ–ի հոկտեմբերին հաշվարկել ենք Սեւանա լճում սիգի արդյունագործական պաշարները 700–740 հազար տոննա է»,– ասաց նա։

Բարդուխ Գաբրիելյանը մտավախություն ունի, որ 150 տոննա սիգ որսալու դեպքում սիգի պահածո արտադրողները կարող են խույս տալ պատասխանատվությունից, քանի որ այժմ չեն կարող պատասխանել, թե որտեղից իրենց այդ քանակությամբ սիգ, իսկ պիլոտային ծրագիր գուցե սիգի պահածոյացման համար հիմնավորումներ ունենան։

Ըստ նրա,  Բնապահպանության  նախարարությունը միեւնույն է, որոշել է  պիլոտային ծրագիր անել եւ թույլ տալ 150 տոննա սիգի որս, ապա կենդանաբանության եւ հիդոէկոլոգիայի կենտրոնը խորհուրդներ է տվել այնպես անել, որ նվազ վնաս հասնի ձկնապաշարին. Խորշերում որսագործիք չտեղադրել, որ սեզոններին չորսալ եւ այլն։

Բադուխ Գաբրիելյանը գտնում է, որ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը, ոստիկանությունը պետք է հետաքրքրվեն, թե որտեղից այդ սիգը, որ պահածոյացնում են արտադրամասերը. «Չգիտեմ ինչո՞ւ են աչքերը փակում, ամեն տեղ վաճառվում է սիգի պահածո, մենք տեսել ենք, իրենք չե՞ն տեսնում»:

Նշենք նաեւ, որ ՀՀ բնապահպանության արդեն նախկին փոխնախարար Այսեր Ղազարյանը, որ օրերս է հրաժարական տվել, խոսել էր սիգի պահածոյի արտահանման խնդրից եւ նշել, որ ինքը տվյալներ ունի, որ 2018 թվականին եւ 2019 թվականի սկզբին բավականին մեծ քանակությամբ սիգի պահածո՝ յուղի եւ տոմատի մեջ պատրաստված, դուրս եկել Հայաստանից, շուրջ  100 հազար տուփով:
