Ադրբեջանի ԿԸՀ անդամը չի ճանաչել ընտրությունների արդյունքները

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում ընդդիմության միակներկայացուցիչ, Դեմոկրատական նախաձեռնությունների ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Աքիֆ Գուրբանովը հրաժարվել է ստորագրել նոյեմբերի 1-ին անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ԿԸՀ արձանագրությունը: 

«Թուրան»-ի հետ զրույցում Աքիֆ Գուրբանովը պարզաբանել է, որ ընտրական արշավի բոլոր փուլերում ընտրություններն ուղեկցվել են դեմոկրատական մթնոլորտի բացակայությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ ընտրությունների օրը զանգվածային խախտումներով, եւ այդ պատճառով դրանք չեն կարող համարվել ազատ ու արդար:

ԿԸՀ կողմից հայտարարված արդյունքների համաձայն` Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարան իշխող «Ենի Ազերբայջան» կուսակցությունից ընտրվել է 71 պատգամավոր (70-ը կուսակցության ցուցակով, մեկը` ինքնառաջադրված), 41 անկուսակցական, եւս 11 պատգամավոր 10 կուսակցություններից` Միասնական Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդական ճակատ, Մեծ արարում, Վահդաթ, Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատներ, Քաղաքացիական համերաշխություն, Դեմոկրատական բարեփոխումներ, Ազգային վերածննդի շարժում, Հայրենիք, Սոցիալական բարօրություն, Դեմոկրատական լուսավորություն:

Այժմ Ադրբեջանի սահմանադրական դատարանը պետք է 10 օրվա ընթացքում ստուգի եւ հայտարարի ընտրութունների արդյունքը:

Ադրբեջանական Minval.az լրատվական կայքի կողմից անցկացված` «Գտնու՞մ եք, որ ընտրությունները կեղծվել են» հարցման արդյունքներով պարզ է դարձել, որ կայքի 691 օգտատերերի 74 տոկոսը (513 հոգի) նոյեմբերի 1-ին անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները համարել է կեղծված: Հարցվածների 16 տոկոսը համարել է, որ անցած ընտրություններն օրինական են եղել, իսկ մանացածները պատասխանել են` «չգիտեմ»:

Ադրբեջանում անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները միջազգային չափանիշներին չհամապատասխանող եւ կեղծված է համարել նաեւ «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալության տնօրեն Մեհման Ալիեւը:

Ադրբեջանում անցկացված ընտրություններում ոչ մի նշանակալից ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություն չի մասնակցել:

Ադրբեջանի ընդդիմադիր եւ դեմոկրատական ուժերի «Ազգային խորհուրդ» միավորումը, որը ներառում է տասնյակ առաջատար ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններ եւ հասարակական կազակերպություններ, հայտարարել է, որ երկրում նոյեմբերի 1-ին անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները լեգիտիմ չեն, դրանք Ադրբեջանի պատմության մեջ ամենախայտառակ ըֆտրություներն են, եւ որ իրենք չեն ճանաչում այդ ընտրությունների արդյունքները: Այդ մասին առանձին հայտարարությամբ հանդես են եկել նաեւ Ադրբեջանի դեմոկրատական նախաձեռնությունների ինստիտուտը, «Մուսավաթ» կուսակցությունը, REAL շարժումը, NIDA քաղաքացիական շարժումը եւ Դասական ժողովրդական ճակատ կուսակցությունը:

Եվրոպայի խորհրդարանի ղեկավար Մարտին Շուլցը Ադրբեջանում անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները հակադեմոկրատական է անվանել:

ԵԱՀԿ ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների եւ մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակը (ԺՀՄԻԳ) Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից մտցված սահմանափակումների պատճառով հրաժարվել էր երկրում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների դիտորդությունից: Նման որոշում էր ընդունել նաեւ Եվրոպայի Խորհրդարանը:
