Արցախում 2020 թվականին կայանալիք նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կանցկացվեն Ընտրական նոր օրենսգրքով. պատգամավոր
POLITICSԼեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ըտրական նոր օրենսգիրքը առաջիկա մեկ-երկու ամսվա ընթացքում կներկայացվի Ազգային ժողովի քննարկմանը: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Վարդգես Բաղրյանը:
«Ընտրությունները կանցկացվեն ընտրական նոր օրենսգրքով: Նախագահական ու խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կլինեն հաջորդ տարվա մարտին. մինչև այդ կհասցնենք քննարկել ու ընդունել այն»,- ասաց Վ. Բաղրյանը:
Բաղրյանը նշեց, որ դեռևս պարզ չէ՝ Ընտրական օրենսգքով ինչ փոփոխություններ կառաջարկվեն՝ նշելով, որ օրինագիծը դեռ պատրաստ չէ:
Ի դեպ, նա նշեց, որ 2020թ.-ին Արցախում սպասվող նախագահական ու խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ նախընտրական քարոզարշավը թեև դեռ չի մեկնարկել, սական կան ուժեր ու անհատներ, ովքեր արդեն հանդիպում են մարդկանց հետ:
«Մենք դեռ ժամանակ ունենք, ամեն ինչ օրենքի սահմաններում պետք է անել: ԿԸՀ-ն կգրանցի թեկնածուներին, կսկսվի քարոզարշավը, ամեն մեկը կներկայացնի իր ծրագիրը: Ժողովուրդն էլ ում կընտրի, կընտրի»,- հավելեց պատգամավորը:
