Լոռիում թանգարանի տնօրենը խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է աշխատակիցների առաջին 2 ամիսների աշխատավարձերը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են թանգարանի տնօրենի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասին հայտնում են քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

 

 

 

Քննությամբ ձեռքբերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակչուհին՝ ծնված 1974թ., 2005 թվականից զբաղեցնելով Վանաձոր քաղաքում գտնվող «Լոռի-Փամբակի երկրագիտական թանգարան» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության տնօրենի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով կազմակերպա­կան-տնօրինչական և վարչատնտեսական գործառույթներ իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ, 2012 թվականից մինչև 2018թ. նշված թանգարանի երկու աշխատակիցների կողմից աշխատանքի չհաճախելու, ինչպես նաև մի քանի աշխատակիցների կողմից  հաճախակի բացակայություններ ունենալու պայմաններում,  տեղյակ լինելով այդ մասին, յուրաքանչյուր ամիս կազմել, իր ստորագրությամբ վավերացրել և թանգարանի կնիքով հաս­տա­տել է պաշտոնական փաս­տա­թուղթ հանդիսացող՝ աշխատաժամանակի հաշվարկի տեղեկագրեր՝ կեղծ տեղե­կու­թյուններ ներառելով նշված ժամանակահատվածում հիշյալ աշխատակիցների կող­մից աշխատանքի հաճախելու և փաստացի աշխատած ժամաքանակի վերաբերյալ: Այնուհետև կեղծ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացրել է Լոռու մարզպետարան, որի արդյունքում վերոհիշյալ անձանց անվամբ, որպես աշխատավարձ և պարգևավճար ան­հիմն դուրս է գրվել և տնօրենի կողմից շարունակաբար, վատնման և յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումար:

 

Բացի այդ, թանգարանի տնօրենը, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, թանգարանի մի քանի աշխատակիցներին խաբելով և հայտնելով, որ իբր աշխատանքի ընդունվելու համար անհրաժեշտ հաշվապահական փաստաթղթերը ձևակերպելու, թանգարանի ընթացիկ տնտեսական ծախսերը հոգալու համար անհրաժեշտ է տրամադրել իրենց առաջին երկու ամիսների աշխատավարձերի գումարները, 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերից 2018 թվականի օգոստոս ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, վերջիններից ստացել և խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է զգալի չափերով գումար:

 

 

 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ թանգարանի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդ­վածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ հանցագործությամբ պատճառված վնասը՝ 8.129.741 ՀՀ դրամը, ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է:

 

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
