POLITICSԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնից Գագիկ Հարությունյանի հրաժարականից հետո այս պաշտոնի համար շրջանառվում են մի քանի թեկնածուների անուններ: «Փաստ» թերթը տեղեկություններ էր ստացել, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այդ պաշտոնում կարող է առաջադրվել ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանը: Բացի այդ, կան տեղեկություններ, որ անցումային արդարադատության ներդրման ամբողջ մտահղացումը պատկանում է Ն. Բաղդասարյանին և փաստաբան, ՍԴ դատավորի թեկնածու Վահե Գրիգորյանին:
Անդրադառնալով ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնում առաջադրվելու հարցին՝ Ն. Բաղդասարյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց. «Նախ՝ ցանկություն չունեմ, երկրորդը՝ չափանիշներին չեմ համապատասխանում»: Ինչ վերաբերում է անցումային արդարադատության ներդրմանը,
պատգամավորն իր մասով ուղղակի պատասխան չտվեց, այլ ուղղակի նշեց. «Գրեթե բոլոր պետություններում, որտեղ եղել է հեղափոխություն, անցումային արդարադատություն է իրականացվել: Ես, ճիշտն ասած, չեմ կարող մտաբերել մի պետություն, որտեղ տեղի է ունեցել հեղափոխություն, բայց անցումային արդարադատություն չի եղել: Սա ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և միջազգային այլ փաստաթղթերով ամրագրված ընթացակարգ է, և նախաձեռնությունը, որպես կանոն, հենց ՄԱԿ-ից, միջազգային կազմակերպություններից է գալիս: Մինչև հեղափոխությունը ես այլ պետություններում ներգրավված եմ եղել այդ գործընթացներում: Ծանոթ եմ գործընթացներին և շահագրգռված եմ, որ ՀՀ-ում անցումային արդարադատությունը պատշաճ ձևով իրականացվի»:
