Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կամքին հակառակ նրան տեղափոխել են քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց. դատական նիստն ընդմիջվեց (ֆոտո)

ԵԿՄ վարչության նախկին նախագահ, ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին նրա կամքին հակառակ երեկ ուշ գիշեր տեղափոխել են դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 4–ին Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հայտարարեց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Լեւոն Բաղդասարյանը։

Նշենք, որ այսօր պետք է կայանար Մանվել Գրիգորյանի  եւ նրա կնոջ՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը։  Սակայն Մանվել Գրիգորյանին չէին բերել դատարան։ Նախագահող դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ բանավոր կարգով տեղեկացրել են, որ րա վատառողջ լինելու կապակցությամբ չեն ներկայացրել:

Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Լեւոն Բաղդասարյանը հայտարարեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալին դատարան չեն տեղափոխել ՔԿՀ–ի անօրինականությունների պատճառով։

Նա նշեց, որ Գրիգորյանը բուժում էր ստանում «Նաիրի» ԲԿ–ում, նրան ասել են կարող ենք տեղափոխել դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց, սակայն նա  հրաժարվել է, ինչից հետո նրան տեղափոխել են «Երեւան–Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ։

«Գիշերը Գրիգորյանի կամքին հակառակ նրան տեղափոխել են դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց եւ արգելել են պաշտպանական կողմին՝ տեսակցել նրան»,–հայտարարեց փաստաբանը՝ նշելով, որ Գրիգորյանն անօրինական է գտնվում այնտեղ եւ նրա կյանքին վտանգ է սպառնում։

Նշենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը երեկ է դուրս գրվել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոցից եւ տեղափոխվել «Երեւան–Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ։

Բաղդասարյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ այսօր առավոտյան է իրեն հաջողվել տեսակցել Գրիգորյանին, որից հետո հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել։

Դատարանը որոշեց դատական նիստն ընդմիջել՝ մինչեւ Գրիգորյանին դատարան չբերելու համար պատշաճ փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելը։

Համաձայն մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ապօրինի կերպով՝ «Զենքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով նախատեսված սահմանափակումների շրջանցմամբ, կնոջ՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, որդու՝ Արման Գրիգորյանի եւ քննությամբ չպարզված այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք են բերել, փոխադրել եւ իրենց պատկանող երեք տներում ապօրինի կերպով պահել հրազեն, ռազմամթերք, ակոսափող հրազենի փամփուշտներ, պայթուցիկ նյութեր, ինչպես նաեւ կատարել է տարբեր տեսակի հափշտակություններ։

Նա մեղադրվում է 2016թ.-ի ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի եւ դրան հաջորդած օրերին Արցախի Հանրապետության սահմանների պաշտպանությունն իրականացնող զինվորականների եւ կամավորների կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով հատկացված գույքը յուրացնելու մեջ։

Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, իսկ Ամիրյանի նկատմամբ՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը։
